So it's important now that you take in some deep clearing breaths.

So breathing in and getting a sense of breathing in from the lower part of your abdomen.

Breathing in and as you exhale really letting out a big sound as you exhale.

Letting go of that frustration and that tension.

So taking in a nice deep breath and just letting that go.

Three of those and letting that frustration go.

And now connecting in with the area of your hips and just feeling the center of your power located there in your hips.

And so you're coming back to balance.

Coming back to your center,

To your power,

And just for now focusing in on the area of your hips.

Having your feet,

The soles of your feet,

Flat on the ground.

Focusing in on your hips and breathing in and drawing in the energy of the earth,

Mother Earth.

Holding that in your hips and feeling your strength,

Your power returning to you.

And so with your hands,

With your fingertips you can just be shaking them and just letting go of the frustrations.

Letting them go through your fingertips and drawing in the energy and the power of Mother Earth into your hips.

Giving you a sense of strength and stability.

Just being with that for a few more moments.

Shaking away any tension through the fingertips and drawing in a sense of stability and power through the soles of your feet into your hips and feeling that strength and that stability returning back to your body and to yourself.

That's good.

Connecting in again with your own sense of Mother Nature.

Mother Nurture.

You're giving so much.

This is some time for you to receive and to draw in again.

Recharging,

Revitalizing yourself.

Coming back to your center,

Feeling that now.

Connect it again with your stability and your strength.

Feeling that in the area of your legs and your hips and then bringing your attention upwards towards your heart.

Aware of your heart opening to yourself and to your family.

Opening up to your baby.

A warmth and a generosity flowing there.

And so you can feel that sense of expansion opening up to your own capacity for loving and nurturing.

Bringing that now into the area of your throat and being able to express that through your words,

Through your ideas and your caring.

And then bringing your attention to the area of your head,

Top part of your head.

Opening up to receiving that universal life force,

Drawing it into yourself.

Feeling strong and loving in yourself.

Connect it again.

That's good.

So carrying that with you now,

Opening your eyes and being ready for your everyday activities.

Thankyou simonette that was fantastic. I find that I cannot really sit for long in meditation at all so I find it much easier to lay down on or in bed when I meditate. I normally meditate at night anyway. I don't really meditate much in the day time. It seems better for me to meditate at night because it's much quieter and I can have lots of time to myself at night than in the day time when I'm being with my husband all day and keeping him company and looking after him or just being there for him.
