Meditation for seeing through the eyes of your divine self.
Get yourself comfortable in an upright position,
Ensuring that you're not going to be disturbed for at least 20 minutes.
Close your eyes and start to relax by taking some nice deep breaths.
With the out breath just letting go of tension,
Tightness,
Anything you've been thinking about and planning up until this point.
Blowing it away with the out breath and breathing in fresh,
Clear,
New energy with the in breath.
Letting it circulate all around and through you and then breathing out again.
Anything you want to release.
And in your imagination picture yourself going for a walk up a beautiful hill.
It's the most perfect weather.
Not too hot,
Not too cold,
Just the way you like it.
And the higher and higher you go,
The fresher and fresher the air becomes.
And the view starts to become really,
Really beautiful as you can see further and further.
As you're walking higher and higher it's like you're letting go of all your earthly concerns and ascending up into the higher vibrations of gratitude,
Peacefulness,
Acceptance and tranquility.
Higher and higher you go feeling better and better.
You're starting to see that at the top of this hill is the most beautiful temple.
And you know that this is the temple of your divine self.
It seems to call to you with your heart.
And you find yourself effortlessly moving over to this temple.
You are now standing at the door of the temple but you can't go in just yet.
In your hand you're holding a piece of paper and a pen.
And you write on that piece of paper what you would like a divine perspective on.
Maybe an issue you're experiencing in your life right now or a question that you have or insight about a particular area.
Whatever that might be write the best question that you can,
The most precise question that you can regarding this on the piece of paper.
And just next to the door there's a hole in the wall of the temple.
The door to the temple where you can post this question through.
So you do that now knowing that as you post this your divine self is receiving it.
And now the door to the temple opens but in order to enter you cannot take your physical body with you.
Imagine that you're just stepping outside of your physical body at this doorstep.
And as you're stepping outside of it you're just letting go of all your associations with it,
Your identification with it.
You can come back and pick it up again on the way out but you're going to leave your body there and all its stories there.
Feeling the freedom of having stepped outside of all of that you also need to leave outside of the door the lower mind.
All of the chattering and narration that continually goes on.
Imagine that you're just stepping outside of that also.
Just leaving that layer of the mind behind outside the door.
And there's one more thing you need to leave behind and that is your whole timeline that you believe is you,
The past,
Stuff that's happened to you,
All of the stories from the past and all of the fantasies about the future.
You're stepping outside of that whole timeline just for now,
Just for a moment.
As you're stepping outside of that timeline you're declaring I'm not my past or anything that's ever happened to me.
And neither am I anything that I dream about for the future.
Just going to leave that whole timeline out here.
And now you can enter the temple.
You will find your divine self is meditating here.
Your divine self is holding the piece of paper that you wrote your question on and is meditating with it right now.
Move closer and closer to your divine self with your awareness and noticing everything about them.
How they feel,
How they look,
The kind of qualities that they seem to be exuding.
And because at the moment you are just pure awareness.
You can place your awareness now inside the body of your divine self.
Imagine you're sitting down inside them.
And feel what it would feel like to be your divine self.
And then as your divine self is meditating with your awareness.
And your divine self with that piece of paper in hand.
You can access the perspectives that your divine self has about this question,
This issue.
How does your divine self see it and see the answer?
How does your divine self see it?
How does your divine self see it?
And now your divine self passes you back that piece of paper that is folded up.
You take it and thank your divine self for these perspectives.
Moving towards the door,
You pick up your past,
Your timeline,
You pick up your mind,
You pick up your body and start to walk down the hill.
Depending on the experience that you just had as you're walking down.
And in that piece of paper that you're holding,
Your divine self has written one word,
One word that they want you to remember regarding this.
So open up the piece of paper and see what that word is now.
Moving all the way back down to the bottom of the hill,
Remembering where you are,
What day it is,
Wiggling your toes and your fingers,
Taking a deep breath,
Having a little stretch.
Come back,
Open your eyes and as soon as you can write down that word and anything else that you want to remember and all the other divine perspectives and answers to your question.
Come back and use this meditation for other questions and to clarify other things.
Blessings be to you.
