Hello and welcome.

Thank you for joining me here today as we take a deeper look as to what we really want.

We all come to a time in our life when we're looking for something of more meaning,

Something with a deeper purpose.

Or maybe you're just looking for what you really want and what would really light your fire.

I invite you to find a comfortable seated position for our meditation today.

You could sit on a chair or you could sit on your mat or your meditation cushion.

Find a position where your spine is straight and you have as little discomfort as possible.

Once you're comfortably seated feel free to close your eyes and let your hands rest on your knees,

On your legs or in your lap.

Start by drawing attention to your breath just to bring yourself into the moment,

To center yourself.

Feel yourself sitting here in your meditation position.

Feel the parts of you touching down on the chair,

On your mat or your cushion.

Feel the space around you.

Gently breathing in and out through the nose,

Softly and easily.

Breathing in and breathing out as you become present here in this moment.

Feeling really connected to yourself.

And as you sit breathing in and out,

Ask yourself,

What do I want?

And answer out loud whatever pops into your head.

Notice the feeling,

The vibration.

How does that resonate with you?

Take a long breath in and release with a ah.

Sit and allow yourself to breathe softly and easily as you let this thought,

This answer sit deeply within you.

Just noticing how you feel,

Noticing anything that comes up for you.

Breathing softly in and out.

Bring your awareness back to your breathing as you breathe in and out through your nose.

And ask your deepest self,

Your authentic true self.

What does your deepest self want right now?

Listen,

Feel and answer out loud anything that comes to your mind.

That is your intuition,

A deeper state of receiving.

Notice the feeling,

Notice the vibration and notice how you resonate with that as you sit and breathe in and out through the nose,

Softly and easily.

Take a deep breath in and release with ah.

Bringing your awareness back to your breath as you breathe in and out.

Ask yourself,

What must I let go of?

What must I let go of?

Breathe in and this time exhale through the mouth,

A long soft exhale.

Answer out loud whatever comes into your mind and notice the feeling,

Notice the vibration and notice any resistance that might come up in you at the thought of letting go of something.

But keep breathing in and out.

You can keep exhaling through the mouth if that allows you to soften deeper into the idea of letting go.

As you breathe,

Allow yourself to feel this answer.

Bringing your awareness back to your breath.

Ask your deepest self,

What must I do to open for these deep breaths?

Ask your deepest self,

What must I do to open for these deeper experiences so that I might receive and connect with these deeper experiences?

Answer the first thing that comes into your mind.

Don't allow your reasoning to overthink this.

Notice the difference in feelings or energies.

Connect to that energy,

Feel the vibration.

Notice if anything resonates with you or maybe you feel some resistance.

Allow yourself to breathe in and out softly and easily.

Bringing your awareness back to your breath,

Ask yourself,

Am I feeling truth?

And just feel what the answer is that resonates with you.

The first feeling that comes to mind,

Am I feeling truth?

Breathing in and breathing out and allowing yourself a long exhale.

Allow yourself to sit with whatever comes up right now.

Really tuning in and listening to the deepest self.

Breathing in and out softly and easily through the nose.

Allow yourself to sit with this truth.

Allow yourself to sit with the thoughts of what do I want?

What came up for you?

As you sit here,

What does it feel within you?

Does this feel like a truth for you?

Does it light your fire?

Does it resonate with you?

Giving yourself as much time as you need to really sit with this feeling,

To contemplate.

To really sit with this feeling,

To contemplate,

To marinate in this feeling.

Sitting in the stillness of your breath in this feeling for as long as you need to.

If you feel any resistance rising up within you,

Allow a long slow exhale.

And now rubbing your hands together,

Warming the palms.

Place your hands on your heart.

Breathe,

Connecting with the heart.

Perhaps you want to bring in those thoughts of what came up for you when you asked yourself the question,

What do I want?

Then move your hands down to your belly,

Placing your hands on your belly and say to yourself,

And so it is.

Notice what arises within you.

Does it light your fire?

Does it give you direction?

A little more purpose?

Allow yourself to sit and breathe for as long as you need to.

Allowing these feelings,

These new intentions,

This new purpose to sit well within you.

And bringing your awareness back to your breath.

Back to your body.

To the parts of you touching down on the chair,

The mat,

Or your meditation seat.

Bringing your awareness to the space around you.

Back into this moment.

And whenever you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Feel free to do this meditation whenever you need this guidance.

Whenever you need some direction or some clarity on a goal or a purpose.

I would encourage you to write or journal some of these answers as it helps with the process.

Wishing you well on your journey with your new purpose.
