Welcome to this meditation.
Take a moment to get comfortable,
Whether that be taking a seat or lying down.
This time is for you to let go,
To surrender your fears,
Your worries or anxiety.
So get comfortable.
Let's begin this meditation with taking a deep breath in,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
I want you to know that any fears or worries or anxiety that is in your body at the moment or feels like it's around you at the moment,
I want you to know that you can set the intention throughout this meditation to let it go.
If there's a part of you that's holding on to any fears or worries,
Just know that it's okay.
It's okay that you want to be in the comfort zone or to be a little bit isolated or alone.
Perhaps you feel that when you are alone it gets louder,
That there's a dull ache in your heart for you know that you are not entirely in the vibration of love.
And that's okay.
It's okay for your humanness to take over at times.
It is just up to you whether you want to stay or whether you want to move back into your heart,
Into your passion,
Into the wisdom that lives deep within you.
Allow my words in this meditation to wash over you without any effort.
I want you to know that you can let go of these fears and worries now.
Thinking this part of yourself that may be holding on to the identity that without those fears or worries or anxiety,
Who will you be?
Sometimes we hold on to the drama or chaos as it gives us a sense of self.
I want you to know that it is not boring to live at peace.
You are just as interesting living from a peaceful state,
From a place of not seeking validation,
A place of not looking outwardly for yourself to be filled up.
There is a space and a place for you to feel calm within and for that to be enough.
If you've searched for fulfilment,
If you've searched for highs and excitement,
If you've searched for those achievements to fill you up,
What's come with that has been anxiety and fear.
Perhaps just for this moment you can let it go.
You can let it all go.
Can you be of your true sense of self without all those things?
Can you detach and let go of outcomes being a certain way?
Just for this moment,
Just right here,
Right now,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Letting go of any precious expectations you've placed upon yourself.
And just in this moment can you let go by dropping your shoulders?
Letting go of any tension in your neck.
Just let them drop.
Allowing your jaw to soften your cheeks.
Letting your forehead relax.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Do you know that worrying about something will not get you there any faster?
Do you know that you don't have to live in the stockness of your ego?
In the limited beliefs that it holds?
Your fears and your worries?
Ask,
Are they even yours?
So often we walk through the world with fears and worries that we are carrying that are not even ours.
If you've absorbed fears of someone else's worries or energy that does not belong to you.
Or if there's been anxiety inside of you and you do not know why.
I want you to know that you can release it now.
Give it up to its rightful place.
Imagine sending it back to wherever it belongs.
You don't have to know where it's going.
But you can imagine that this weight that you've been carrying is just moving out of your body.
Moving out into a distance,
A horizon,
A sky.
It is moving out of your nervous system and floating away more and more and more.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Thinking this fear that you've been holding and letting it go to its rightful place.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Feeling that sense of calmness wash over you.
Welcoming in your courage and your strength.
I want you to know that you can choose.
From here on,
You can choose to listen to your inner wisdom.
Rather than allowing your fears to rule.
You can come back to this place.
This place of serenity,
Of peace.
At any time in your day.
You have it within you.
You already have the answers.
And although they might not be obvious,
They are there.
Ready for you to hear them.
The more that you let go of these fears and worries,
The louder the wisdom will be.
Go easy on yourself,
Dear one.
One step at a time.
You do not have to rush life.
There is nowhere to get to but this moment right here.
For if you can listen to yourself,
Be tender with yourself.
Compassionate with all the parts that live inside of you,
Including this fear that arises from time to time.
Can you be gentle with yourself as you release and let go of these fears you've been holding onto?
Can you allow your breath to deepen as you let go more and more and more?
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
I want you to know that these fears,
Your anxiety,
It's not your identity.
It is not the entirety to who you are.
It is only a part of your humanness.
But may I remind you that your soul knows the way.
Your soul knows the way back home to you.
Your soul knows the way back to a place that is peaceful and loving and calm.
It is your natural state.
Trust it.
And know that you can come back to it whenever you need.
Well done for taking this time to be with yourself and release these fears.
As we bring this meditation to a close,
I'd like you to bring your hands to your body.
Bringing one hand to your heart and one to your belly.
When you're ready,
Take a deep breath in.
And let it go.
And again breathing in.
Let it go.
And one more deep breath in.
And let it go.
May you be at peace.
May you feel the strength of your heart.
And may you feel the courage to listen to the wisdom that lives inside of you.
And very slowly when you're ready,
You may bring this meditation to a close.
With moving your toes and your fingers very gently.
And very,
Very gently when you're ready,
You may open your eyes.
