Hi love,

I'm Teresa,

And this meditation is an invitation to gently reclaim space in your body,

Your breath,

And your life.

There's nothing to prove here,

Just room to be.

Find a comfortable position that allows your spine to lengthen naturally,

Without effort.

And begin by noticing the outline of your body,

Where you begin,

Where you end.

Now take a slow breath in,

And feel your ribs expand outward,

Front,

Sides,

Back.

Many of us learn to make ourselves smaller,

Energetically,

Emotionally,

Physically,

To stay safe or unseen.

But in this moment,

You are allowed to be fully here.

As you inhale,

Imagine your breath gently widening the space inside your chest.

And as you exhale,

Let your shoulders melt down your back.

Quietly say to yourself,

I am allowed to take up space.

Notice how your body responds.

Perhaps it opens,

Perhaps resistance,

Perhaps relief.

You don't need to push past anything.

Take another breath,

Slower,

Let your spine feel tall,

Let your body occupy its natural shape.

Taking up space doesn't require force,

It requires permission.

Let your awareness travel down into your legs and feet.

Feel their contact with the floor or the surface you're on.

And feel how solidly you're held.

You are not too much.

You are simply here.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes or bring movement back into your body.

And thank you for giving yourself permission to exist fully.

You are welcome in your own life.

And as you return to your day,

Remember as always,

You are loved.

You are whole.

You are enough.
