Okay,

So welcome everyone.

Welcome to this Sunday service.

We're going to have an experience of taking this journey,

The journey home,

And specifically today because it's Valentine's Day,

The journey home to the love that we are.

So,

And I know that may sound like just words sometimes that might not resonate,

The love that we are.

And the invitation through this experience today is just to get a glimpse of that perhaps,

To kind of start to continue or deepen our knowing of that.

And I know that being the love that we are is definitely not a straight line.

It's not like someday you wake up and that's it.

You are the love that you are.

It really is a,

I don't know,

It could be a spiral,

It could be a deepening,

It could be a very erratic and non-linear journey.

And that's okay.

We're all on that same journey.

And so this five little stages,

Which I'm going to guide us through right now before Rob takes over with the sound,

Is designed to bring us back to,

Well,

That remembering as much as possible in this present moment where this can be accessed,

Let's say.

So I'm just going to invite us to start by closing our eyes if you're not already and taking some nice deep breaths into your belly.

So breathing in through your nose,

Into your belly and exhaling out through the mouth in your own time,

In your own way.

As you pause,

You start to enter this present moment.

You start to notice thoughts,

Feelings,

Sensations,

Whatever might be happening within you right now.

And just invite us to welcome all of that,

Whatever's here right now,

Whatever thoughts,

Whatever feelings,

Whatever sensations.

As we're still breathing and gently dropping in to this moment,

Just notice if there's anything that your body needs to feel a bit more comfortable right now.

Maybe there's a gentle touch somewhere or a massage,

Or maybe it's just shifting a bit in your seat in adjusting your position.

It could be a little movement,

It could be a big movement,

It could be just a subtle connection back to your body.

And as we do that,

We just bring our awareness inwards,

Deeper into the moment.

I invite you to continue breathing into your belly,

But maybe closing your mouth and just breathing in and out through your nose now,

Elongating your breath,

Finding pleasure in your breathing.

Continuing to notice any thoughts,

Feelings,

Sensations,

Sensations.

And we're going to turn on our listening,

Our inner and outer listening.

So starting by the world around you,

Listening to the sounds,

Listening to my voice,

Listening to the sound of your heart beating,

Sound of your breath.

And as you do so,

I invite you to see,

Feel,

Sense,

Or know these sounds as energy,

As vibration.

So as we breathe,

We drop deeper into this place of deep listening,

To the vibrations,

To the energy,

To the changing flow,

Changing currents of the world around us.

With each breath relaxing a bit more and opening to this world of sound,

To these waves of sound,

And having them to move you.

Taking a few more gentle breaths,

Soft breaths into the belly,

Noticing already any difference with how you're feeling,

How you're perceiving.

Listening to the world with every single cell.

You can see,

Sense,

Feel,

Know every single cell opening up to receive the world.

And as we do this,

We start to perceive,

See,

Seeing perhaps in our imagination or sensing or feeling or knowing or combination of all of those ways that we can see and perceive.

Starting to sense the energy of the present moment with every single cell.

Starting to see and perceive the energy being that you are.

Perhaps also sensing the depth,

The profound depth of love that you are,

That is in your heart on this Valentine's Day.

Maybe you can feel it or sense it or imagine it as a light or a color in your heart.

An emerald green,

A golden light.

Just notice how it feels or appears to you.

It might not be visual,

It might be a knowing,

A sense,

A faint glimpse of something.

Really tuning in as much as you can to this profound love that you are,

That you already are and always have been.

If it's easier you can feel perhaps the profound love that you hold for someone or something as an entry,

As a doorway.

And as you do this you can feel or sense your heart in the center of your chest opening,

Emanating for the entire cosmos this profound love that you are,

That you hold.

And see this love or sense it,

Feel it surrounding you,

Embracing you,

Developing you and receive it.

Receive it with every single cell of your body.

Receiving this love that you are,

That your soul has for you,

That you have for you under the surface no matter what is happening in your life or your experience,

No matter how sometimes cruel and destructive we can be just for now,

Just for today.

Allow yourself to get a glimpse at receiving the profound love that you have for yourself.

With each breath perceiving it more,

Opening,

Allowing it to embrace you.

Know that this love or this light however you're perceiving it is you.

Beyond the surface identity and form,

This is what you are.

So as a final step I invite you to choose to remember that,

To choose just internally knowing that as you choose you create beautiful ripple.

Choosing to remember this as much as you can,

Choosing to embody it,

To be it,

Choosing to lead and to create with this knowing in your heart of this profound love that you are.

And as you do so notice you might experience things,

You might receive guidance,

You might see visions or feel things,

Just be open.

Whatever happens when you truly choose,

Notice any subtle changes in your energy,

In your body.

As you choose,

Remember and to be,

To share the profound love that you are,

That we are.

Okay everybody so we're going to go straight into the sound journey now.

So just relax and just receive the sound.

Okay my friends start to bring awareness to your breath and just become aware of any sounds you can hear outside of the room that you're in.

Just start to integrate those sounds.

And very very slowly in your own time you can just start to gently just wiggle your fingers and your toes and just come back into the body.

Focusing on the breath,

Observe the breath coming in and the breath going out.

And when you're ready in your own time you can just slowly start to open your eyes and come back into the room.

So we're going to give you a couple of minutes just to really land,

To stretch a bit,

Maybe to grab a glass of water and then when you're ready just come back,

Put your cameras back on if you can and if you want to.

And then we'll have some time for some words if you want to share and we'll also have some words to share.

We'll give you a couple of minutes.
