Hello and welcome back to the 20 day meditation challenge.
Yesterday we reinforced a new positive belief system,
A statement that we will carry forward into the new year.
So today on day 9,
We are going to move forward in creating an extension of that new positive belief.
So by now you know,
Go ahead and set up your space,
Pause the recording,
And when you're ready,
Press play and we'll begin.
And so closing down your physical eyes,
Becoming aware of the breath,
Feeling the natural rise and fall of your abdomen as you happen to breathe.
Becoming aware of any sounds you're hearing,
Any fibers touching the skin,
And then slowly starting to deepen your breath,
Sending your inhale past your ribs into the low belly.
And as you exhale,
Softening the shoulders,
Relaxing the jaw,
And melting in a little deeper.
Bring to your mind's eye your space,
The space you created that is just your own.
Take in the surroundings,
And make your way over to your chair and take a seat.
And bring to mind a safe person.
Perhaps this is your higher self,
A friend,
Family member.
And see this person standing in front of you.
Ask this person to share any positive thoughts they have about you.
Ask them to share with you your strengths,
Where you shine,
And what you're good at.
Allowing space for them to share their response.
And then they reach their hands out,
And you place your hands in theirs.
And they ask you to repeat after them.
I am good enough.
I am worthy of love.
My needs matter.
I am perfect just the way I am.
I deserve love and kindness.
I am strong,
Capable,
And willing.
I have the power to create the life I desire.
I am good enough.
My needs matter.
I am worthy of love and acceptance.
I am perfect just the way I am.
I am good enough.
My needs matter.
I am worthy of love.
You release your hands from theirs.
Place your hands over your heart.
Letting the words wash over you.
You bring to mind the positive statement you created for yourself.
You place your hands on top of your thighs.
And begin tapping left,
Right,
Left,
Right.
Repeating your belief to yourself.
Continuing tapping left,
Right,
Left,
Right,
Left,
Right.
Releasing your new belief,
And continuing to tap.
And now bringing that new belief back into your mind's eye.
Repeating it to yourself as you continue to tap.
And then releasing the belief.
And slowing the tapping down to a stop.
You take in your safe person.
Thanking them for sharing their wisdom with you.
For sharing their thoughts.
You embrace one another.
And then bringing your awareness back to the breath.
And to the physical body.
And coming up when you are ready.
