Hello and welcome.

Thank you so much for joining me for this guided visualization.

My name is Brittany if I haven't officially met you yet.

And I'm so honored and grateful to have you here.

So take a moment to set up your space,

Just ensuring you will not be disturbed for the duration of this practice.

And perhaps you smudge the room,

Light some incense,

Run the diffuser,

Or maybe light a candle in a safe space.

And then when you're ready to,

Finding a comfortable resting position.

And then closing down your physical eyes,

Perhaps using an eye pillow or eye mask to block out the light.

And then settling in.

Getting out any final adjustments,

Wiggles,

Or movements.

And then beginning to bring awareness now to your breathing.

Noticing the natural rise and fall of the abdomen as you happen to breathe.

And then starting to deepen your breath.

Sending your inhale all the way down to the low belly.

Exhale through the mouth.

Letting go.

Again,

Breathing in all the way down to the low belly.

And exhale,

Letting go.

This time breathe in all the way down.

Hold the breath at the top.

Sip in a little bit more air.

Hold the breath.

Visualizing a circuit of energy traveling from your root to your crown.

And exhale,

Sigh it out.

Let it go.

Again,

One more time.

Breathe in.

Hold the breath.

Sip in some more.

Hold the breath.

See that circuit of energy running in your center from root to crown.

And this time,

Exhale,

Visualize your tension,

Your stress,

Leaving the body.

And beginning to see yourself laying on the earth,

Staring up at the night sky.

The temperature is just to your liking.

And a soft breeze makes the grass beside you dance.

As you stare up at the sky,

A large full moon casts her glow on you.

You feel her lunar rays illuminating the spaces within you that have been pushed away,

That have been ignored,

That have been banned to the shadows.

And as you lay here under the moon,

You call in your higher self.

She lays down beside you.

You gaze over your right shoulder.

She looks over her left and offers her hand to you.

You place your hand in hers.

And a wave of peace,

Bliss,

And lightness washes through your body.

Tears roll from your eyes.

The sweet surrender of letting go.

Letting your body be flooded with the sensations of peace,

Of bliss,

And of unconditional love.

She smiles at you,

Wipes the tear from your cheek.

Why is life so hard,

You ask?

She rolls to place her right hand on your heart.

And she reminds you.

It's because you're not living from this space.

You're so far from your authenticity.

Everything feels like a struggle.

Like an uphill battle.

A long-distance race that's never-ending.

So she asks you.

Who are you?

Remember.

What brings you joy?

Go back deeper.

What brings you joy as a child?

What did you love to do when you were little?

Allow whatever to come up to arise.

You turn your gaze back to the full moon washing over you.

Feeling the light.

Illuminate those memories.

Those moments of joy you felt.

From zero until now,

What brought you joy?

You gaze back at your higher self.

She smiles.

These are the keys to ease,

To abundance,

And to peace,

She says.

Ask yourself every day.

How can I incorporate things that bring me joy into my life?

Living from the heart will guide you to ease,

Unconditional love,

And peace.

You take a moment here to allow the lunar rays of grandmother moon to fully wash over you.

You place your left hand over your heart.

Take a big breath in,

And repeating to yourself out loud or silently in your mind's eye.

Today I allow my shadows to be seen.

I allow the darkest places of my soul to be illuminated by grandmother moon so they may be released and no longer a burden.

And in those spaces,

The lunar light floods them with joyful memories and practices.

Reminding me and inspiring me to make joy a priority in my life.

That I may experience unconditional love and peace always.

So it is.

You can begin to wiggle some fingers,

Some toes.

Beginning to open the eyes.

Take in the room you're in,

Your surroundings.

And perhaps if you feel called to journal about your experience.

Maybe noting anything you can let go of this full moon.

Remembering moments that brought you joy as a child,

Adolescent,

And now.

And perhaps you write down a short commitment statement to yourself.

To make joy,

Peace,

And unconditional love part of every day.

So much love,

And many blessings to you.

Namaste.
