You you you Hello today,

We will work with the meditation that Helps to bring balance to the left and right hemisphere of the brain Those two hemispheres are important in in neuroscience.

They're very important and Very much part of creating a sense of connection to the world when both hemispheres are working together in harmony and creating a sort of coherence that enhances our sense of well-being and just the way that we learn and understand things that are important to understand from practical things to emotional communication and energetic communication that happens sometimes on a very invisible level so to create a Communication between both hemispheres is not just important for your sense of well-being but also on a deeper level the subconscious and the instinctive part of the brain primal part of the brain or the primitive part of the brain and Then is able to communicate,

You know in a way that makes sense to us So we are more in touch with our instincts with our intuitions with our subconscious and the communication that's happening within All those aspects of ourselves in a way that makes sense to the mind So it's not that we have to conceptualize our experience.

We don't have to make sense of creativity Creativity is is a process and a journey in itself But if if creativity is not happening or if it's happening on a level that Confuses us and so we're being creative on one level but unable to apply that creativity in in practical ways Then this is where this meditation can be very helpful The first step is to make sure that you are relaxed You can do this by scanning your body.

So as you close your eyes,

You can just scan your body Look at those parts of your body physical energetic or otherwise emotional mental just looking at those parts of your body that may be Constricted or limited or where you may be sort of caught up in that energy,

Which isn't flowing.

So if you notice any constriction around the shoulder area or if you notice a constriction around the hips or the face and Relaxing the body but also looking at the energies if you notice that the energy is Constricted so your energy is very much in the head rather than connected to the body to your feet to your hands Then just bring balance To the energy flow that's happening in all parts of your being Energetically mentally emotionally physically Just scanning the body taking a few moments to allow the flow to happen very naturally flow within This flow just feels like a sense of aliveness feels feels like you're connected you could be even tired or like exhausted by Say a physical workout or by just situations around you,

But there is a natural flow that gives you an inner strength when you Connect to all these aspects of yourself So as you move deeper into profound communication,

You will notice that you can also work with the breath and the breath is such a very important part of our spiritual practice so you can just connect now to the breath by Bringing your attentions to the nostrils As you breathe in and breathe out Connecting to the nostrils.

What's the sensation as you breathe in through the nostrils?

What are you allowing to be filtered through?

This breath that you're breathing into your body.

What sort of energies are you breathing into your body?

If we're having an experience that is very much to do with thoughts and thinking Then that is what we're breathing into our body the mind We're having an emotional experience and that's what we're breathing into our body the emotions If you notice this just let it go now Be aware that this is what you're doing But come back to the sensation of breath as you breathe in the breath through the nostrils So just around the nostrils breathing in Deep breath just sensing what it's like as you breathe in the breath and being very aware of all the energy points within the nose that you're now connecting to Don't need to be aware of a physical sensation,

But just placing your energy within this space Allows you to focus on the breath That allows you then to breathe in and connect to the cranium and to the energy that you're breathing into And connect to the cranium and to the energy within the head the energy within the brain Because you can extend this awareness from within the nostrils all around the cranium so you're breathing in But at the same time you're aware of the cranium as you breathe in for example the cranium moves Expands and loosens up a little bit and as you breathe out Cranium moves because your spine your chest moves all parts of your body in connection create this flow of movement that Very much depends on the way that you're breathing as you bring your attention your focus To the physical aspect of breathing and you become aware of the energies that you're bringing into your body This is where discernment Is part of focus part of the focus Allows you to choose or to be free enough to choose where you place your energy So if you notice that you're placing a lot of your energy in the mental Thinking process or the feeling process or even the physical process you're using your energy Too much on in a physical way,

You know,

You're Fighting within yourself.

There is tension in your muscles.

You're struggling within yourself and loosen up and relax into the very beautiful very beautiful sensation of breathing in And connecting to the energy of your body,

Especially more invisible energy within your body.

So How are the muscles and ligaments?

And bones within the body connected and how how is the energy between those connections flowing as you breathe in As you breathe in notice the cranium expand and contract Notice that you're breathing in deeply Connecting to all parts of the cranium and even moving down deeper into the abdomen Connecting to your spine to the energy within the spine of all the ligaments and all the bones within the spine the energy points within the spine as you breathe in and breathe out be creative as you connect and ground the breath to the body And synchronize the energy so that the focus comes from a space of freedom from breathing in And receiving the energy of life this vibrant energy that helps you to connect to aliveness to the sense of I'm part of this greatness this wonderful space That is life breathing in and breathing out Letting go As you breathe out letting go And taking a few moments just to enjoy This beautiful sensation and be very discerning if you notice that your mind drifts into a thought process or your feelings drift into a feeling process and notice but at the same time bring bring the attention back the focus back to the physical breath your nostrils breathing in and breathing out This creates balance So nurture yourself as you continue moving deeper and relaxing letting go nurture yourself and enjoy this state of balance You are now connecting to through your physical body through the energy of your physical body You You You You you You you You When you're comfortable and realize that the breath is a bridge that allows you to explore the freedom freedom to be creative in the way that you focus your energy so that you're not manipulated or pulled by desires and wants and needs but rather free enough to focus your energy where where energy expands where energy heals where energy Allows you to connect to a deeper and more profound aspect of your communication Then you can move to the next level The next level of breathing where you're breathing in through one nostril But you're only doing this through your imagination You're breathing in through one nostril As you breathe in through one nostril you're bringing the energy To the opposite side of the brain So your breathing's say through the right nostril and connecting to the left side of the brain As you breathe out You're breathing from the left side of the brain out through the right the right nostril You can do this a few times So you're breathing into one nostril connecting to the opposite side of the brain and as you breathe out detoxing Letting go of the energy and breathing out Deep full out breath through that same nostril and doing this a few times And then you can do this Then you can do the same with the opposite nostril so Say now that you're breathing in through your left nostril Imagining you're breathing in through the left nostril you're bringing the breath to the right side of the brain As you breathe out you're focusing on the energy being released from the right side of the brain and breathing out through the same nostril So the left nostril breathing out Expanding the out breath so that you really let go of toxins and all the energies that are constricted then as you breathe out in this way that energy just Disappears you breathe it out.

You let it go and doing this a few times Deep breath It's a wonderful feeling when you do this For a few moments,

You don't need to do this more than a few moments And this sense of connection just continues in your practice So you can come back now to just a normal breath.

So you're breathing in or imagining you're breathing in through both nostrils deep breath into the abdomen And breathing out through the abdomen letting go This helps to integrate the process of reconnection the rewiring that you created through your breathing focus this now Okay,

Now you're creating a space of integration so this now just helps the body to remember the energy the focus So that the process of transformation the process of integration continues in your everyday type life situation There's no need to do anything Beyond just creating a clear focus This is an energy intention that you're creating within you that then continues once you clarify this intention in a way that's communicating you're communicating to the body so you're communicating to the energy body in this way then this intention carries on throughout the day and throughout your sleep So just knowing that this is what is happening you're focusing your energy Focusing your energy And creating a space of integration that now continues as you breathe in deeply through your nostrils So you're aware of your nostrils breathing in aware of your cranium breathing in aware of your spine breathing down into the abdomen as you breathe out Letting go and relaxing and opening up to the new energies that you're integrating into your body deep breath and You may wish to continue for a few more moments relaxing in stillness enjoying the breath Opening up to the healing that you're now creating within your body your energy body but also in your everyday life type situations Thank you
