He will be.
He is.
He is.
And you know what?
He is.
He is.
He is.
He is.
He is.
He is.
He is.
He is.
He is.
He is.
A Call to sense of spontaneous joy.
This doesn't mean that one needs to do anything specific to find joy or needs to be active doing something that brings about joy.
Simply being is joyous in itself.
It's about coming back to a heartfelt connection to this moment.
And so today I would like to share with you this spontaneous connection to happiness or joy or bliss.
You may wish to place your hands on your belly.
And this is this point that very often gets neglected as we connect to the world with our minds and our thoughts and our perceptions.
The gut feeling that is within the belly very often gets overlooked,
Forgotten,
Simply because we're very busy with our thoughts,
Which of course never brings us back to a place of happiness.
But as we come back to the physical sensation as well as the mental space that allows for us to be connected to this point within the body,
As you place your hands on your belly you may notice that you're breathing in with every breath that this wonderful part of your being rises and falls with the breath.
And simply observe this activity as you breathe in and breathe out.
Simply come back to this point of connection.
If there are thoughts in the background just observe them as they come and go.
But remain connected,
Embodied in your physical communication to the body,
To your breath at this moment.
Give full attention to this activity,
The breathing,
The embodying of your awareness here into this present moment,
Into the activity that you can feel as you place your hands on your belly.
There is no need to analyze the activity.
It's just nice to watch your breath as it fills your body with a deeper connection to the world.
And as you breathe out,
As you let go of stresses,
If there are any constrictions as you breathe out or any sense,
A sense of tension in the body as you breathe out,
Just make sure that you relax your body on the out-breath.
And even though we are connected to the body in this way,
As you breathe in and breathe out,
We're actually working beyond the physical.
This connection allows the neurons in the brain to fire and wire in a very different way.
And this is a very useful activity if we're caught in negative thinking or a repetitive sort of thought that even though it may seem not so negative,
Is in itself negative because the consequences of repeating that paradigm or that belief system creates a negativity in the manifestation around you.
So you're simply now firing and wiring the neurons in the brain in a very different way by connecting to your body.
It is vital that not only that you connect to your body but that there is movement in the connection.
This is why certain activities are very,
Very important.
Certain activities such as moving,
Moving with rhythm,
Moving with sense of flow,
Not just moving trying to catch up with all the busyness of everyday life,
But moving for no reason other than just this connection to a flow.
Just like you're connecting now to your in-breath and out-breath,
You can connect to movement,
Physical movement,
Just by listening to the symphony of music that is created when awareness is embodied here in the present moment.
So as you breathe in and breathe out,
It's very natural to spontaneously just connect to the body and there is a certain rhythm within the body that begins to play out in its communication to you.
Now this rhythm is beyond just physical movement.
You can almost sense this rhythm deep within your body.
This is a type of rhythm that you can,
Most people are aware of,
Within the cranium.
And it's a rhythm that's very different from the rhythm of breath.
It's a life force rhythm.
So it's like an expansion,
Same as breathing in and a contraction,
The same as breathing out,
But beyond the breath.
It's somehow connected more to the spontaneous joy of living.
This rhythm can only be comprehended or connected to if the mind is still.
Because as soon as the mind creates activity by worrying or thinking about,
Especially by thinking about negative thoughts,
Then this rhythm is forgotten.
It's still there in the background,
But becomes compromised,
Becomes restricted in its movement.
So it's almost as if the rhythm now becomes less of a flow and blocks in certain parts of your body as well as the way that the structure of your cranium moves,
Hence restricting the firing and wiring of neurons that naturally happen when you are in a rhythm of flow,
In a rhythm of connection to this moment.
So as you come back to this flow,
This movement,
Not only in the way that you're breathing,
But also in the connection you have with your body.
So you realize your body is not a static rock,
But your body is alive.
And there are so many wonderful flowing energies that happen within your body,
Including the firing and wiring of your neurons,
That you are giving yourself to this flow.
And sometimes this is more easily understood rather than through words.
It's more easily understood in physical movement.
Hence why sometimes in stillness,
When we listen to the internal vibration of energy,
Then it's natural to move or sway from one side to another.
You may have noticed this when watching perhaps Tibetan monks meditate.
There is a graceful,
Yet very gentle sway that happens.
And you may notice that you feel inclined to move your body just because you're connecting again to the joy of life.
The neurons are firing and wiring in areas that now create learning,
Create understanding,
Create sense of expansion beyond the negative form or repetitive form of thinking.
You're expanding into this rhythm that allows you to enjoy being once again.
So as you breathe in and breathe out,
If this is the sensation that happens within the body,
Simply embrace it with a natural flow.
And perhaps today in your activity you can bring this rhythm in the way that your body communicates to the world.
So many people walk heavily.
They walk with their depressive thoughts.
They walk around with their negative thoughts.
And it weighs down upon the body so that the movement is restricted.
The movement,
The natural flow that happens as you walk from one place to another is restricted as you're so busy thinking about things,
So busy solving problems.
Now notice in the same way as you are connecting to your belly right now,
Notice when you connect to your feet as you walk from one situation to another,
As you communicate to various experiences through your physical body,
Notice that you can bring back the rhythm of joy,
The rhythm of happiness,
The rhythm of just being and enjoying this moment for no other reason than this moment is precious.
So as you breathe in and breathe out and you connect to the various experiences around you,
Touch with your body that plate or that cup that helps you to drink water,
To nurture your body or touch the door handle as you open the door handle to go into your office or work or whatever it is.
Be conscious of this movement,
This rhythm that brings about this joy but also that helps the neurons,
Fire and wire,
In a very different way when you're connected or embodied to the physical body in this way,
Where the breath is present to your activity rather than you being present to a negative repetitive thought form.
And only by coming back to this moment can the next moment seem just like the next moment.
We are connected to the next moment by wiring or by allowing the neurons to fire and wire in a certain way,
In a repetitive way,
Then our experience of the next moment becomes the experience that we have rather than embodying ourselves within the joy of this moment.
And this requires that the cranium,
The flow within the cranium connects to this rhythm that's beyond breathing,
This rhythm that you can perhaps sense.
It's a natural sway within the body,
It's a natural flow within the body.
And the cranium,
Even though the cranium consists of solid bones,
Also moves.
So it allows for natural flow within the brain and the physiology of the brain changes when this natural flow happens.
It's a flow that happens when you're still,
When you're relaxed and especially when you're focused,
When you're focused on learning rather than repeating certain thoughts.
When you're open and receptive to learning,
This means observing the thoughts as they come and go,
Yet being very focused here so that the activities that you are presenting or communicating to the world are embodied within a sense of realness,
Within a sense of this is what is going on.
I don't need to worry about what will go on,
Next,
In the next moment,
But this is what's going on and requires my full focus,
My full attention,
But also my celebration,
My happiness.
This can be done by anyone,
Even if you're busy,
Even if there are many,
Many things,
Even if there are difficult,
Challenging situations,
Simply come back to the breath.
Whenever you are faced or challenged by situations that bring up stress or a repetitive way of thinking,
Simply place your hands on your belly,
Just gently observing with your body,
Your breath.
So communicating to your body,
It's okay.
It's okay to breathe in,
To relax and to come back to this moment.
The next moment will look after itself.
As you come back to this moment here,
The awareness goes far beyond the next moment.
You become aware of the natural flow of energy within your body,
Not just the breath,
But also the breath.
You're aware of the energy that your body receives as you breathe in more deeply,
As you relax the stress,
As you let go of the focus that may be caught in a problem or a situation.
You notice that the energy of your body not only comes back to stillness,
But also becomes active in a very different way than stress.
And the activity is life energy.
So you're connecting to your life energy,
You're connecting to this activity on a very fundamental level as you breathe in and breathe out.
Whatever situation that you face around you,
The simple reminder,
Physical movement reminder,
It's important that you place your hands in this way so that your body can connect to the physical movement,
Sends a message to your brain,
Which changes your physiology,
That you are now honoring this moment.
The next moment will look after itself,
Given the right time,
Given the right circumstances.
As you do this,
You can take it a step further,
Not just connect to your breath,
But connect to the natural movement,
This movement,
Which can be expressed in the awareness of your body and the way that you touch the world with your hands,
With your feet,
With all your senses,
So that you're so focused on what you're doing,
There is no space for the neurons to fire and wire in that repetitive way,
Habits or fears or limitations,
In that repetitive way,
Which then takes you out of the learning,
Takes you out of the excitement that comes with learning from new situations.
So you're constantly reminding the neurons in the brain as you relax the cranium,
As you come back to the natural rhythm,
The swaying movement within your body,
The joy in the step that you take towards whatever it is in the world,
Physical step that you take towards whatever in the physical world,
You remind your body that right here,
Right now,
Your energy is so very focused,
The neurons are firing and wiring and learning new situations and open and receptive to a positive way,
Positive communication,
A positive communication internally and externally to the world,
So that your activity is focused and truly answering or addressing the situation that requires your presence.
Deep breath as you breathe in and breathe out,
Let go of the mundane,
Give yourself a few moments to just come back to this rhythm,
This internal rhythm within your body,
Within your cranium,
And just connect to this rhythm through your breath,
But also just by being present through your awareness to the movement within your body,
This wonderful movement,
Everything expands and contracts,
Everything moves in this beautiful way,
Your awareness is connected to this beautiful happiness,
Joy,
That is the communication of this way,
As you come back and connect to your breath,
Connect to the natural flow of energy within your body,
The natural flow of your body brings you back to joy,
Back to happiness,
So notice today in your activities,
How you smile more,
How you come back and appreciate this moment more,
How you give yourself the gift of breathing in a healthy and more joyous way,
How you just appreciate things for what they are rather than how you hope them to be or wish them to be,
Just accepting that as you connect to the natural flow of energy,
Your body,
The wisdom within your body knows,
Understands,
And learns new ways,
New possibilities that now become manifest in your experience,
Trusting this new experience,
This new beginning from the perspective of freedom,
From the perspective where you're able,
Your awareness is able to comprehend the newness of the experience from a new perspective rather than from the old perspectives,
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Allowing this experience to move deeper and deeper,
Allowing your beautiful experience to expand into the constellations around you,
Simply noticing that you are ready,
That you're so present to your body and the natural flow of energy within your body,
You're ready to communicate to the world in a new way,
Deep breath,
Breathing in and breathing out,
And you may wish to continue this meditation for a few more moments in stillness,
With awareness.
Thank you.

I really enjoy tonyβs talks. For everyone who gave one star because this βis not a meditationβ , be aware that all guided meditations strictly arenβt meditations because you are thinking of what is being said. I actually find this meditative and calming.

Wonderful meditation, Tony...to feel the flow of energy of presence, of being in the moment, and the changes that arise in our neurons because of this flow is crucial In our understanding of receiving the joy of life! Walking lighter, smiling more are all examples of that joy! Thank you! Will listen again!
