You you you you Hello,

We will start very soon just making sure that you're ready for the transmission making sure that all around you is turned off,

All technologies around you just turn them off so that you give yourself completely to these next 15-20 minutes to really be part of a wonderful transmission today I'd like to share with you more about the experience of insight and having gone deeper into Awareness and mindfulness.

This is what meditation means sometimes rather than be aware or connected to the drama and the stories that the mind tells you or explains to you about the drama,

Whatever the drama may be,

Feeling dramas or mental dramas or energetic dramas we can bypass the drama and develop wise alternatives to the drama so that the mind doesn't get disturbed by the drama very often in meditation when mindful or aware of the drama Very often we find ourselves slowly slowly,

But surely getting caught by the drama So our feelings even if not reactive become more sensitive our thoughts even though not attached to the drama may become more volatile the storm builds up within and there is an alternative so that the drama doesn't disturb you and You will know this Intuitively you will know how to do this It's not something that can be taught in a sort of ABC format or taught in words as such something that you develop within you it's a skill a a quality that you develop within you when you drop the idea of techniques and You leave those stories in the mind behind You leave those emotional volatile spaces just where they are and move deeper within So that your concentration isn't weakened by the drama but rather strengthened by the focus and clarity that comes from the love that expands into the space beyond distraction beyond those troubling emotions It is not the same as Negating your emotions or negating your thoughts rather It's about placing your focus in a very clear way so that your focus is not listening to the story or getting caught by the story or getting Attached to the emotions that are coming up to the surface But rather filtering the information not through the negative bias of the mind but rather through the positive that is part of meditation or practice that is part of the focus that happens when you let go of the old when you let go of the habits that are connected to the old ways of perceiving reality So what this means is that your practice Your practice is all about insight rather than just watching rather than just observing There is a very subtle difference When your practice is about insight Then you get to know the meaning or the reason behind your drama You gain an understanding of how it causes you suffering or how it causes other people around you or other situations within this manifested dimension of existence the earth the plants the animals how how Such an attachment to the drama causes suffering But when you get to know the drama and its purpose and it's the meaning behind the drama then you're able to See what is causing the suffering and see beyond the suffering itself so that you free Eventually you free yourself entirely from the drama Now this sounds difficult and it is if you try to figure it out through Your thinking mind.

Okay.

How do I do this?

This sounds interesting I want to get rid of my drama and I want as soon as you begin to Activate the thought process of how it's possible to do this Then you begin to try to escape you try to fight the situation around you rather than gain insight You try to push the suffering away.

How how do I get away from this?

The desires and the needs to be free become the focus rather than the insight the penetrating insight that allows you to know your drama and recognize your drama for what it is because it isn't something that you don't know about when you are going through the drama or the story in your mind or the story the repetitive habit Within you within your experience when you are going through such an experience On some level There is a learning now this sounds For some people difficult to accept but there is a learning now It doesn't mean that it makes the situation It justifies the situation that doesn't make it better or easier But when you know there is a learning that becomes your focus So your your focus is insight rather than trying to fight or get away from the pain and the suffering That the stories in the mind can create So many people throughout so many So many manifestations as we know Whatever you are experiencing now is not just what you are experiencing now You are experiencing now because somehow this experience that you are having now is connected to your past Wherever you however deeply you go into your past say you go to your childhood and try to understand How is the learning made more accessible when I look at my past So say you are repeating a habit of insecurity,

Fear,

Anger,

Volatility,

Agitation And you recognize that there is a thread that connects that habit to all and many aspects of your past That there is insight already being presented in that experience But going beyond your childhood sometimes we recognize that on a genetic level The cells,

Their genetic expression has manifested in a certain way because of energies Because of genetic transmissions that have happened that have created the possibility for you to manifest here in this world So your grandparents,

Your great grandparents going back seven generations It is very easy to sometimes recognize a thread Now this doesn't mean that you have to try to study and understand and figure out what is the problem We are not trying to activate the negative bias within the mind,

We are rather embracing insight So insight just is the creative mode of thinking,

The creative mode of feeling that allows you to see the big picture So when you sit quietly in meditation just as we are going to do now And you breathe in deeply into the abdomen,

Deeply into the diaphragm,

What you are saying to the world What you are saying to yourself is that you now in this moment,

You are open and receptive to insight Insight It is not that you are just thinking about something or daydreaming about something or wishing for something or struggling with something You are open and receptive within this moment of stillness to the insight that this moment transmits to you So when you sit quietly,

Everything becomes still,

Your mind becomes still The emotional body,

The energetic body becomes more still The world becomes more still The manifestations within the world,

The constellations that you find yourself caught up with it become more still And you notice as everything becomes infused with a stillness,

A quality of stillness That is only perceivable when you sit and let go of the ego mind that is trying to figure out things or trying to push for a solution As you let that go,

You notice that your thoughts and your feelings transform There is a radical shift in your relationship,

In the relationship that you have to your inner experience Be open to this radical shift This means that your focus is moving from trying,

Trying this or that,

To just acceptance As you breathe in,

Accept the breath and the flow of the breath as it is No need to struggle,

No need to push,

Just breathe deeply And as you breathe out,

Let go Deep breath Notice the radical shift that you are now embracing That you are now falling back into the space of being As you fall back into the space of being,

This radical shift means that you are no longer as easily swept by the current The current of feelings,

The current of thoughts You become for a moment a pure observer focused upon what is really happening in this moment Rather than what your mind perceives as happening within this moment So you are no longer swept by the current,

You are free Just like your breath,

As you breathe in,

Breathe out,

You are free To just touch from within your heart,

To just touch the space of insight And as you do,

You are no longer,

Maybe it's just for a very short second You are no longer caught,

Swept away by this current of thinking,

This current of feeling And you just fall into pure observation This means that you are watching the river flow But the river is flowing,

So you are not struggling in the river and that becomes your drama You are just watching,

The breath flow,

The river flow,

The river symbolizing your thoughts,

Your feelings,

The energy within you,

The inner world within you You are just watching As you breathe in,

Breathe out,

It's an incredible feeling,

As you breathe in,

Breathe out,

Let go,

Let go Let go of any tension in the body,

Let go of any tension in the diaphragm or the abdomen area Just breathe deeply into your body and be present to this beautiful state of observation You are just watching the river flow by There is nothing more to do,

You are just watching You may notice as you watch,

The whole beautiful space becomes more clear So the river begins to reveal its secrets,

Begins to notice things that perhaps seem unimportant at this moment Not as dramatic as your thoughts,

Not as dramatic as your feelings But they carry within the meaning,

So the reflection of light,

Sound,

The stillness that it creates Just as the river flows This gradual shift that you begin to notice within yourself loosens your story The story that holds on very tightly to your thoughts or holds on very tightly to your feelings This becomes looser and looser And you begin to notice that within this state of radical shift,

Within this state of expansion,

This radical shift You notice that the story is no longer as important,

But rather you begin to notice the space between your mind's chatter There is a gap because it's not constant,

It's not that your mind is just constant It seems that your mind or your emotions are constantly moving from one aspect of manifestation to another So it seems linear,

But no,

There are spaces and you may notice these empty spaces As you observe more deeply,

As you connect to the insightful focus within you You may notice that the space that is now revealing itself lets you go off something that previously seemed so serious Because you were so caught in the linear movement of that experience That there are gaps,

A space of just deep relaxation,

A space of deep contentment,

A space of deep bliss And you may not notice this,

It may seem very,

Very hidden behind the many other things that are manifesting within your experience But be still as you breathe in and breathe out,

Be very still and allow for your focus,

This insightful focus to catch,

Capture these spaces In your mind's chatter,

There are gaps,

In your mind's story,

There are gaps And as you let go of what seems so serious,

Seems so very solid,

Seems so very important Everything becomes lighter,

Just like the freshness of air as the river flows Just like the freshness of air when you step outside of the ego mind and you are allowing yourself to be receptive to the state of existence As it is,

The universe,

You're breathing in the freshness,

The newness of this space And as you recognise this,

As you begin to feel comfortable,

As you begin to recognise the spaces or the gaps between your thoughts The spaces or the gaps between the story in your mind,

The feelings that are happening within you You may find yourself,

Not just letting go of what seemed so serious before or what seemed so very important before But you may find yourself being lighter and occasionally just laughing at just the funniness of the experience I know funniness isn't really a word,

I've just invented a lovely word Laughing at your tendency to worry or obsess or be perfect or get emotional or get sad,

Upset You may just find yourself reacting in a lighter way because your reference now,

As you breathe in,

Breathe out,

Is the flow Is this focus that is insightful You begin to notice what you're feeling,

What you're truly feeling before you react and create a feeling that is dependent upon your attachment Or upon the story that your mind is creating within your brain,

Within your emotional body,

Within your energetic body,

Nervous system body So as you let go,

As you pause for a moment and breathe in and breathe out and let go As you let go of just the need to hold on so tightly Truly relax your body,

Truly relax any constrictions that you may be aware of in your body Truly relax the breath so that it's deep and profound so that you're breathing in a way where you are lighter Where you notice that you are lighter,

Where you notice that you are connected to the flow rather than the reaction So you can sense,

You can intuit what is happening before you get caught in the story,

Before you get caught in the reaction You will notice as you practice this,

As you practice just breathing deeply,

As you practice letting go and welcoming the experience of being just as it is Without the information from the story that your mind is so attached to or without the reactivity that the feelings tend to fall back into But just as it is,

Your experience,

Your pure experience from this space of observer You will notice that your judgements and your self-criticisms and your putting down your self-methods You will discover that your attitude towards yourself begins to change in very subtle ways but in radical ways So instead of impatience or content,

You may begin to notice self-acceptance Self-acceptance,

Creeping in to all those spaces,

All those gaps,

This state of self-acceptance becomes part of the new story The new story,

You begin to recognize this in the manifestations around you People,

As you accept yourself,

People around also begin to accept that this is the way things are You are connected to the empowerment that is your being So you develop as you accept the situation,

As you embrace the insight of that moment,

Whatever the experience is You begin to develop a measure of compassion for yourself and others and the world and everything Which shows you how self-critical or how distracted or how frightened you may have been in the past And because of this change,

Even if in subtle ways,

Even if you are not totally aware,

Because of this change It doesn't fit into the space any longer,

There is no space for such You are now embodying the compassion towards yourself that allows for these old patterns of the mind to disappear To disappear because they are not real,

They are self-created And this is one of the wonderful gifts that you may notice now As you sit in stillness,

As you breathe in and breathe out,

As you sit in stillness,

You may notice that That which is real,

Your being,

Becomes the space,

Becomes manifest within the space And that which is less real,

The story in your mind,

The repetitive patterns of your mind Those negatives,

Lack of patience,

Lack of self-acceptance,

All those self-critical aspects Those negatives,

The fear,

All those become less important as your being fills the space So breathe in deep into your body,

Deep flow,

Breathing into your body,

Relaxing your body Letting go of any constrictions,

Just being receptive to the spaces in between your thinking,

In between your feelings Your feelings,

Deep breath,

Relaxing,

Letting go Deep breath,

Breathing deeply into the abdomen,

Deeply into the diaphragm Deep breath,

Letting go,

Letting go,

It's okay,

Letting go And you may wish to continue in stillness,

Integrating your experience,

Breathing in,

Breathing out Letting go,

Integrating your experience where the state of being becomes insightful focus that is part of your practice Thank you.
