Finally, a meditation that's approachable and easy! Radiant Meditation uses EFT Tapping in order to flow into meditation with accessibility and ease. What's EFT Tapping? Emotional Freedom Technique, also referred to as Tapping is an evidence based technique that uses acupressure points and talking about how we feel in order to lower our stress, calm the body and the mind. Turns out EFT Tapping is a perfect way to set yourself up for meditation leaving you feeling calm, peaceful and radiant!

Welcome to Clearing the Noise Meditation.

I'm Trina Lee from RadiantMeditation.

Com.

Here we utilize EFT tapping in order to flow into meditation with ease,

Which allows us to deepen our meditative state,

Leaving us feeling calm,

Peaceful,

And most importantly,

Radiant.

We'll begin this meditation by clearing out the busyness of our mind,

The chatter,

Or what I like to call the noise.

We'll do this by using EFT tapping while focusing on common complaints of a busy mind.

However,

If you describe your busy mind differently than what I'm saying,

All you need to do is focus on how it feels for you.

Once this noise is released,

We'll allow ourselves to be filled with our new calm,

Quiet feeling and effortlessly flow into our meditative state,

Allowing our mind to rest while we focus on our breath.

First,

Let's figure out the intensity of your noisy mind.

On a scale of 0 to 10,

How intense does it feel to you right now?

Write down your number so at the end of this meditation,

You can compare how you're feeling.

Let's begin by settling into your chair and tapping on the side of your hand.

Let's take some nice,

Deep breaths,

Beginning with a slow inhale through your nose and exhaling nice and slow out your mouth.

Again,

Allow yourself to take a nice,

Deep,

Slow inhale through your nose and a slow exhale out your mouth.

And one more,

A nice,

Slow,

Delicious inhale,

Through your nose and a long,

Slow,

Deliberate exhale out your mouth.

Continue tapping on the side of the hand and repeat after me,

Even though my mind is busy.

I have so much going on today,

And there's no way my mind will be able to let me rest.

But I'm open to accepting how I feel.

Tapping on the eyebrow,

My mind is so busy.

Side of the eye,

So much to think about.

Under the eye,

So many thoughts.

Under the nose,

Of course my mind is busy.

Chin,

My life is busy.

Collarbone,

There is no way I will find peace in my mind.

Under the arm,

It's so noisy in my mind.

Top of the head,

I don't even have time for this.

Eyebrow,

But I really need this.

Side of the eye,

I need a break from all this noise in my mind.

Maybe if I'm open to releasing some of this noise,

Tapping under the nose,

Then I can handle my day with more ease.

Chin,

I wonder if this noise in my mind is really serving me.

Collarbone,

I wonder how my day would go if my mind and body felt calm and at ease instead.

Under the arm,

Engaging in these racing thoughts and my busy mind is only stressing me out.

Top of the head and keeping me from being present.

The eyebrow,

Let's go ahead and take another nice deep breath.

So inhale through your nose and a slow exhale out your mouth.

Tapping on the side of the eye,

I'm open to breathing out this noise.

Tapping under the eye,

Let's go ahead and take another nice deep breath.

So inhale through your nose and a nice deep slow exhale out your mouth.

Tapping under the nose,

I'm open to allowing the noise to settle.

Chin,

I'm open to allowing my body and mind to relax.

Collarbone,

I am open to recognizing I don't have to engage in every thought I have.

Under the arm,

I'm open to allowing my mind to find rest.

And top of the head,

I'm allowing my mind to settle.

Now place your hand on your heart and begin tapping on the back of your hand in between the tendons of your pinky and ring fingers.

Continue tapping here through the rest of my guidance.

Then feel free to rest your hands in your lap for the quiet space.

Go ahead and allow yourself to focus on this new feeling of quiet and calm and center it in your heart.

Taking a nice deep breath,

Observe what this feels like.

Notice if there's a color to this quiet,

Calm feeling.

Continue to tap on the back of your hand as you become open to allowing your inhale to expand this feeling.

And with every exhale,

Your heart is pumping out this calm,

Quiet feeling throughout your body.

Allow yourself to be open to the expansion of this beautiful,

Calm,

Quiet feeling.

And with every exhale,

Your heart sending it out,

Filling your organs,

Your bones,

All your muscles.

This quiet,

Calm feeling is so strong,

So powerful,

It's filling every single cell in your body.

Your body is thirsty for it.

Be open to what this feels like.

Take notice.

Observe.

And with every exhale,

Your heart is pumping out this calm,

Calm,

Quiet feeling.

And with every exhale,

Your heart is pumping out this calm,

Calm,

Quiet feeling.

And with every exhale,

Your heart is pumping out this calm,

Calm,

Quiet feeling.

And with every exhale,

Your heart is pumping out this calm,

Calm,

Quiet feeling.

Whenever you're ready,

You can take a nice,

Deep breath.

Begin to wiggle your toes,

Your fingers.

Allow your body to take a few small,

Gentle stretches as you settle back into this moment.

And slowly open your eyes.

You are now ready to embrace your day from a state of calm and ease,

With love and gratitude.
