Let's begin.
Find a quiet comfortable space where you will not be disturbed.
Sit or lie down allowing your body to relax.
Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and allow your breath to exhale through your mouth.
Begin to notice your body as it's supported onto the earth or in the chair,
Allowing each part of your body to relax.
Breathing in,
Filling up the lungs.
Breathe out,
Let something go.
The shoulders,
The back of the neck,
Melt to the mat or the earth below you.
Keep your lips closed but allow your teeth to separate,
Relaxing your jaw.
Breathing in,
Filling up the lungs and the belly.
Breathing out,
Relax the abdomen and lower back.
Breathe in,
Let the legs feel heavier as you exhale.
Breathing out.
Feel the gentle rhythm of your inhale and exhale as it naturally occurs,
Anchoring you into the present moment.
Notice the sensations of the weight of your body,
The sensations of your inner landscape and the subtle energy flowing through you.
There is nowhere to be but here in this moment.
As you breathe in,
Invite a sense of calm.
And as you breathe out,
Release any tension and heaviness you've been carrying.
With each exhale,
Let go of a little more.
Feel your shoulders drop,
Your jaw relax,
And your heart open.
Imagine a warm,
Golden light surrounding you,
Washing over you like a gentle wave.
This light holds the energy of healing,
Clarity,
And peace.
With every breath,
Allow it to melt away any stress,
Any doubt,
And any stagnant energy within.
If any thoughts arise,
Simply notice them,
Acknowledge them,
And let them drift away like clouds passing through the sky.
You don't need to hold on to anything right now.
Just being is enough.
You are enough.
Now bring your awareness to your heart center.
Visualize a soft,
Radiant glow expanding from within.
Fill your entire being with warmth and serenity.
This is your inner light,
Your true essence.
It is always present and always guiding you.
Breathe into this space.
With each inhale,
Feel love,
Peace,
And clarity expanding within you.
With each exhale,
Surrender into stillness,
Into trust,
Into the knowing that everything is unfolding as it should.
Within your mind,
Affirm silently or out loud,
I am enough.
I am at peace.
I am connected to my highest self.
You can stay here as long as you'd like,
But if you're ready to come back,
Slowly begin to bring your awareness back to your surroundings.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Extend the arms overhead,
Breathing in,
Filling up the lungs.
Good morning stretch.
Take one final deep breath.
When you're open,
Ready,
Open your eyes,
And carry this sense of inner bliss with you into your day.
Remember,
This feeling is always within reach.
Whenever you need clarity,
Healing,
Or a moment of peace,
Simply come back to your breath.
You are safe,
You are whole,
And you are enough.
