Good evening everybody and welcome to the 6 p.

M.

Nada Yoga sound bath.

I want to thank everyone for being here and we're going to start in about a minute.

Before we start this session,

I would like each of you to get comfortable for the next 45 minutes to 50 minutes.

You can either sit down,

Lay down,

Even stand.

I just want you to get comfortable as we go inward and we discover self.

So let's close our eyes and for the first five minutes let's start in a seated pose.

If you have a pillow at home or something that you can elevate your hips,

That would be more beneficial for your back so you're able to sit straight and separate your legs.

As long as your knees are lower than your hips,

You're in a good state.

And always have the crown of your head facing up and the base of your spine on the ground.

Let's close our eyes and let's take this moment to set an intention for the class.

Let's set the intention of gratitude.

Why are we grateful today?

We're grateful to be alive.

We're grateful that we're able to self love.

And we're grateful that we're able to be here at this present moment.

We call it a gift.

The present moment.

As you take a deep inhale.

Start to bring in gratitude into your heart.

Pause.

And exhale.

Again,

Take a deep inhale of gratitude.

Into your heart.

Pause.

And exhale.

Anything that doesn't serve you.

As you start to feel just a little bit more relaxed.

You notice your face.

Notice your fingers.

And you allow the energy from the crown of your head.

To float down like water.

To the soles of your feet.

And then back up from the soles of your feet.

To the crown of your head.

Start to observe these sensations throughout your body.

With a calm and quiet mind.

And as you observe these sensations throughout your body.

You understand the impermanence of these sensations.

As you stay a quantum.

And balanced.

Just allowing the energy to flow up and down your body.

As you start to feel just a little bit more relaxed.

You allow the bowls and the vibrations.

To open your heart.

So you may heal.

And as you do heal.

You open up channels of love.

And you allow those channels to self love.

So you may love others.
