And welcome to this meditation of the authentic feminine celebration of divine self arrive into your body in a place that is comfortable shed all the layers of who society wants you to be who you think you should be and lay your masks down.
Connect to your one true self.
Give yourself permission to recognize your one true essence,
Your divine self.
Close your eyes and feel your breath moving way after way.
Feel the cool breath in through the nasal flares and warm breath out through your nose.
Breathe in through the nose and out through your one true tender heart.
Meet your heartbeat,
Your pulse,
Your divine rhythm,
This old friend,
The reliable breath that is always there for you.
Surrender to what is and let go of what was.
Feel your body dropping down,
Nestling into the earth and feel the earth rise up to hold you.
Feel tension in the body,
Relinquish it to the earth.
Feel where you are holding on to fear,
Worry,
Control,
And gift it this moment to cut these ties and allow your divine beauty to unfold.
Now gently place your hands on your heart and feel your chest rise and fall with the rhythm,
Saying to yourself,
I love you.
I love you.
How often do we put others before ourselves,
Ignore our own needs,
Neglect our inner child who also needs to be cared for,
Nurtured,
And to be heard.
We fall gracefully back into loving and caring for ourselves by connecting to our one true authentic and divine self.
It is here we absolve ancestral trauma,
Absolve the wounds of hatred,
And break down old belief systems that we are not enough,
That we are not safe,
That we are not loved,
That we do not belong.
Now gently place your hands on your womb space,
The place where we all began when the divine creator breathed life into our being.
The place that first comforted us with safety,
Security,
Belonging,
Connection,
Recognition of our true beautiful body and essence.
Consider as you touch your womb with loving hands what it means to feel seen.
Does that mean that you feel heard,
Recognized for who you are,
Valued for the things that you do?
Does it mean you belong?
Place yourself back in time to the very first time that you remember feeling unseen,
Undervalued,
That you didn't belong.
Notice what has changed in your breath as you recall this memory.
What changed in your body?
Did your pulse quicken?
Did you hold or increase the pace of your breath?
Did you feel tension return to your muscles?
Did your emotions become turbulent?
Did you feel your womb space contract with the urge to curl into the fetal position?
These are natural responses in the body to stress,
To memory,
To pain,
Physical or emotional.
You are not alone.
Now relax your hands beside you if you haven't already and feel your mind return to your friend,
The breath.
Feel your body return to surrender.
You are safe.
Begin to create space in your physical body for the breath to move through it,
Dissolving pain,
Discomfort,
Dissolving blockages in the physical body of a physical,
Mental or emotional nature,
Letting go.
For thoughts and emotions to flow through you effortlessly,
Relaxing,
Releasing,
Letting go,
Opening the body more,
Empty the mind.
To also open to new experiences,
Ideas,
And thought processes.
Remaining relaxed as your heart expands.
Bring your awareness into your womb space.
Experience this space as it is right now.
Become aware of tension in the womb and pelvic floor with the intention of releasing tightness,
Holding,
Stagnancy.
The intention of creating space in your pelvic floor by slowing down and lengthening your breath.
You are creating space for a deep,
Long breath to move the diaphragm down,
To move the abdominal organs downward,
Moving downward into the pelvic floor,
Relaxing the floor of the pelvis.
Inhale and expand the muscles of the pelvic floor downward and outward.
Exhaling,
Contract and retract the pelvic floor muscles inward and upward.
Inhaling,
Creating space.
Exhaling,
Moving the pelvic floor muscles gently back up and in.
Expanding and contracting,
Creating expansion and openness in your womb.
The space where life was first breathed into you.
This is a space of safety,
Connection,
Belonging,
And love.
Breathing into the space of your pelvic floor,
Allowing any tension,
Physical,
Mental,
Or emotional,
To come to the surface and to be released.
Mindfully aware of negative thoughts and emotions as you become more aware of breath,
Space,
And relaxation in this part of your body.
Letting go of fears or preconceived thoughts about your womb.
Letting go of pain that has settled here,
Fear that hides here,
Trauma and hurt that holds itself here.
Feel the pelvic floor relax,
Expand,
Filled with life force as you inhale through it.
Exhale and release all blockages,
Toxins,
Impurities.
Stream of water cleansing,
Purifying,
Nourishing,
Washing away the old stagnant energy,
The painful emotions that have been locked here.
You are creating more and more space and love in the womb.
Allow for all negativity and fears to release through this process.
For the breath to become more relaxed,
To become quieter,
The heart feeling expansion and contraction of the pelvic floor naturally,
Effortlessly,
Effortlessly take place through the breath,
Through visualization,
Through your intention of creating space and releasing tension in your womb.
Now ignite the flames of vitality to your sexual organs,
To the elimination organs in this area of your body.
Feel warm breath move you to relaxation,
Physical expansion,
Mental rest.
Continue in this way,
Opening,
Relaxing your pelvic floor,
Your whole body feeling more and more relaxed.
Now anchor back into your breath.
Breathe in through the nose and out through your heart.
Feel each sacred and divine breath.
You are seen.
You belong.
You are connected.
You are safe.
You are heard.
You have value.
You are worthy.
You are love.
Place one hand on your womb and one hand on your heart.
Feel the wave of each breath from bottom to top.
Say the words to yourself.
You deserve love.
You deserve time for connection to yourself,
To dissolve into your perfection.
There is only one authentic and divine you.
The womb is a sacred space where this perfect you came in to be.
Rest in knowing that you don't need to search outside of yourself for something or someone to fulfill you.
Everything that you need is right here within you.
If you tap into your one true tender heart,
Your friend,
The breath,
And the next time you realize that you have forgotten to love and care for you,
Stop.
Place your hands on your heart and your womb and breathe.
Remember what you have forgotten in your humanness,
The womb that has breathed life into this world and the heart that beats life into your breath.
Slowly begin to move your body,
Aware of the sounds that you hear,
The aroma at your nostrils,
The taste in your mouth,
Your body supported by the earth.
Rub your hands together and gently place them over your eyes.
Slowly blink open your eyes behind your palms,
Letting in the light and give thanks for this moment.
Slowly return to your space.
Notice how you feel.
Notice what has changed in your physical body,
In your mind,
And in your energy.
