I created this 15 ish minute meditation whilst in Menorca, Spain, for moments when life feels like it’s shifting beneath your feet. Recorded in one take, completely raw—no editing—because the most sacred conversations happen in those unpolished spaces where truth lives. We’ll settle into nature’s rhythm together, breathing with trees, flowing like water, remembering that change is how the world moves through us. This is me speaking directly to that deeper Self that doesn’t need anything perfected. Not about forcing yourself to let go, but getting curious about what wants to move through you naturally. We’ll meet resistance with gentleness and rest in that bigger flow that carved mountains and changes seasons. Perfect for transitions or everyday moments when you need to remember you belong here. What you’ll hear is exactly what came through—real, unfiltered, offered as received. **Gentle note: We touch on impermanence and letting go. Supportive practice, not medical advice**

Here we are,

Come as you are,

Messy,

Tired,

Hopeful,

Heavy,

All welcome here.

If your body wants to settle somewhere that holds you,

The floor,

The chair,

Curled up in your favourite corner,

Let it choose,

Your body has carried you this far,

It knows what it needs.

Some days we fight change like it's the enemy,

Today,

Well,

Today let's remember how to dance with it instead.

If your eyes want to close,

Let them,

If they want to stay open,

That's wisdom too.

Trust what your body is telling you right now,

Feel your breath,

Not perfection breathing,

Just your breath,

The rhythm that's been your companion through everything,

The easy days and the ones that asked everything of you.

If your shoulders want to drop,

Let them,

If your jaw wants to soften,

Let it,

If your body wants to stay alert and protective right now,

Honour that,

That's sacred too.

Picture yourself somewhere in nature that feels like coming home,

Maybe it's a place you've been,

Or somewhere your soul remembers from before words,

It could be dappled light through ancient trees,

The sound of water finding its way over stones,

Tall grass bending in the wind that knows exactly where it's going,

Ocean waves that return to shore like old friends.

You might notice how naturally you arrive there,

Not forcing the details,

Just receiving whatever wants to reveal itself.

Notice what's moving,

Everything in nature is in constant conversation with change,

Leaves dancing with wind,

Water flowing towards the sea,

Earth slowly turning in her ancient rhythm,

Even the mountains are moving,

Just very,

Very slowly,

Listen with your whole being,

What do you hear,

Birds calling truth to each other across the sky,

Wind whispering secrets older than memory to the trees,

Water singing the endless song of becoming.

This is your natural inheritance,

This flow,

This knowing how to move with what is.

Your body right now is part of this natural world,

Feel where it meets the earth,

How breath moves through you like gentle tides,

How your heart keeps time with something vast and intelligent.

Right now your blood is flowing like rivers you cannot see,

Cells are regenerating like forests in spring,

Thoughts are arising and dissolving like clouds that know exactly when to form and when to let go.

You are never the same person twice and this is the miracle living itself through you.

There are times when we forget this flow,

When life feels frozen,

When our bodies feel foreign,

When movement seems impossible.

In those moments,

The ones that feel like winter in our bones,

Something profound is often happening.

What if those still moments are not obstacles but invitations?

What if the places where we feel most stuck are where the deepest wisdom waits?

Your body is like a river,

Always moving,

Always changing,

Always itself.

Even when the surface seems still,

Currents run deep.

Even when everything feels stopped,

Life finds a way to flow.

We are all streams returning to the ocean,

Remembering we,

We are never separate from the source.

Where in your life might you be holding so tightly that you've forgotten how to receive?

What are you trying to keep exactly the same when your soul is calling for transformation?

Don't judge what you find,

Just meet it with curious kindness.

We all do this.

We all try to hold sunsets in our hands to stop the dance of seasons.

What if this holding on is not weakness but a sacred pause?

What if your grip is protecting something precious until it's safe to unfold?

When it feels true for you,

Imagine offering that grip to something larger,

Like opening your palm to release seeds on the wind,

Trusting they carry the blueprint for their own becoming.

What if change isn't something happening to you,

But the very force of life expressing through you,

Like breath,

Like seasons,

Like the way dawn becomes day becomes dusk in its own perfect timing.

Some days you'll flow like water over stones,

Some days you'll need to be the stone itself,

Both are perfect,

Both are sacred,

Both are you returning to who you've always been.

Feel your pulse now,

At your wrists,

In your chest,

Wherever life announces itself most clearly,

That steady rhythm that began before your first breath and will continue until your last.

Each heartbeat,

Each breath,

A small death and rebirth,

Letting go and beginning again like waves never tired of kissing the shore,

Like seasons that trust their own turning.

Remember something beautiful you've witnessed in nature,

A moment that stopped time,

Made you forget everything except the perfection of that instant,

The scent of rain on dry earth,

Light falling through leaves like blessing,

Waves that seem to speak a language older than words.

Let that memory fill you,

Not trying to capture it but letting it recognise itself in you,

Letting it remind you of what you already know.

That beauty lives in you,

Has always lived in you,

You are not separate from the sunset,

You are the sunset looking at itself through your eyes.

Even though that moment passed,

Nothing beautiful ever truly leaves,

It becomes part of your inner landscape,

Part of the light you carry,

Part of the gift you give just by being here.

Feel a gentle wind moving through you now,

Carrying away whatever you've been holding that never was never yours to carry,

Old stories that no longer serve you,

Expectations that feel too small,

Fears that forgot they were just visitors,

Leaving space for what has always been waiting to emerge,

For the you that exists before doubt,

Beyond worry,

In the place where your true nature rests untouched.

You might notice your breath wanting to deepen,

Your body asking to move or stretch,

Listen,

Your body knows the way home.

As you feel ready,

Begin to return your awareness to this moment,

This room,

This one precious life that chose you to live in,

But carry this knowing with you,

You are not coming back to something separate,

You are remembering that there is nowhere to go,

This is it,

This moment,

This breath,

This perfect,

Imperfect,

Utterly sacred you.

You are nature itself,

Remembering how to be human,

You are the same force that moves rivers and grows trees and turns seasons without effort or doubt,

Trust the current of your own becoming,

Trust the changes that feel like endings and the beginnings you cannot yet see,

Trust what's unfolding,

Especially when you cannot understand it.

May you find peace in the dance of impermanence,

May you find freedom in flowing with what is,

May you remember you have never been separate from this living,

Breathing,

Endlessly creative world,

You belong here,

You always have.

Now if it feels authentic to you,

You might explore sitting quietly outside for a few moments letting yourself be held by whatever nature surrounds you,

Asking your body what wants to flow,

What wants to be released and trusting the first thing that comes,

Writing or reflecting one way I can honour the changes happening in my life,

Simply carrying this sense of belonging into whatever comes next,

Knowing you are part of something magnificent.

Remember take what serves your journey home to yourself and leave the rest,

You know your path better than anyone,

Trust what feels true.

This meditation totally resonated with me. When I looked down I saw a moth. It seems significant, but just don’t know how yet. Thank you 😌

Thank you dearly for the reminder that we are nature ourselves and to trust in our true natures in whatever state they may be in each moment.
