I'm Dr.

Kim.

This journey is for anyone who is ready to shift out of pain,

Fatigue or disconnection and into a body that feels vibrant,

Aligned and alive.

Whether you're healing from chronic illness,

Chronic pain or simply longing to feel better in your body,

This meditation is for you.

Do not expect pain to shift immediately,

Although that can happen.

Know that the physical body is dense matter and it takes time to match your energetic vibration.

Repeat this meditation daily to strengthen the shift.

With each visit,

You are creating new pathways in your nervous system,

New belief systems in your mind and new possibilities in your cells.

Are you ready?

Close your eyes.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Let your body arrive in this moment.

Portals are powerful symbols.

In mythology and dreams,

They are gateways to other worlds.

In this practice,

Your portal represents an energetic threshold,

A place where change is real.

When we walk through a portal in the mind,

We access an inner dimension,

A place where your healthiest self already exists.

A self that breathes deeply,

Moves with ease and feels grounded,

Open and whole.

This is not a fantasy.

It's a memory your body already holds.

And today,

We're going to wake it up.

Imagine now that you are walking through a quiet,

Peaceful forest.

The earth beneath your bare feet is soft and warm.

Sunlight filters through the trees.

Each step you take brings you closer to something powerful.

Ahead,

A gentle glow appears.

A shimmering portal,

Round and radiant,

Hovering just above the path.

This is your portal.

It holds the frequency of your healthiest body,

The one your soul remembers.

Pause in front of it.

Feel its energy humming.

You may feel a deep sense of yes in yourselves.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Step through the portal.

As you pass through,

Feel a wave of tingles rush over your skin.

Feel the goose bumps appear.

Every cell of your being is bathed in vitality.

You are now standing in a version of reality where your body feels incredible.

Breathe into this body.

Notice how your spine stacks naturally upright.

Notice how your shoulders melt down.

How your jaw is relaxed.

Feel the air move through your lungs effortlessly.

Your breath is deep,

Nourishing,

Steady.

Now tune into your cells.

Millions of tiny lights all over your body,

Dancing with life.

See them vibrating with joy,

With clarity,

With perfect intelligence.

Feel your blood pumping freely around your body.

Your immune system alert and protective.

Your digestion calm and smooth.

Your joints feel spacious and fluid.

You feel energized but grounded.

Powerful but soft.

Clear,

Awake.

Radiant.

Let yourself smile.

Let this feeling grow.

Remember how good it feels to feel good.

Now repeat silently in your mind.

This is my new baseline.

This is my new normal.

This is my path.

I allow my body to return to its natural harmony.

Take a minute to move and walk in this body.

Notice how you carry yourself.

Your chest proud.

Chin up.

Every step smooth and powerful.

Each joint fully mobile.

Look around at the forest and bask in its beauty.

Let your whole being absorb this reality.

Gently begin to return to the present.

Feel the breath in your chest.

You've walked through a portal today.

You've touched the truth of who you really are.

Now change takes action.

Your job is to stay open.

To look for signs and act on them.

The universe speaks in whispers.

You may suddenly notice an ad for a chiropractor.

A friend might mention a healing modality.

You might feel pulled towards a certain teacher,

Course or practice.

Trust the nudges and follow them.

They are breadcrumbs on your healing path.

Guiding your body to what it needs.

Return here daily.

Each time you repeat this meditation,

You strengthen your connection to your healthiest body.

You are not broken.

You are becoming.
