So,

You're experiencing some anxiety.

That's okay.

You can handle this.

Slow down and take some deep breaths.

Just take some time to notice your breath moving in and out of your body.

Feel your breath as it moves out of your body,

As your belly rises,

As your belly falls,

As your belly rises,

As your belly falls.

Continue breathing and offer yourself some comfort,

Some support to manage your anxiety.

Place your hand on your heart and follow along with these affirmations.

You can manage anxiety with ease.

May I be at ease?

I am not alone.

I am safe.

I am enough.

Belly rising,

Belly falls.

Continue breathing and connect with the energy of all the other people experiencing anxiety at this very moment.

You are not alone.

You are safe.

You are enough.

Lovely, comforting meditation. I didn’t want it to end. However, if it was too long, I probably would not have selected it. Thanks for leading this meditation!

I love all your meditations. Your voice, in itself, is very calming and soothing. I hope you will continue to add meditations to Insight timer. Every morning I wake up to something from your collection. It would be very nice to have more morning meditations to rise with. Thank you Barbara!
