This breathwork practice is designed to support you in feeling calm,

Relaxed,

Soft,

And open.

All you have to do is follow the bell.

Inhale when you hear the bell,

And exhale when you hear the bell.

This breathwork practice can be done in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Or in through the mouth and out through the mouth.

Whatever feels good to you is what is perfect for this practice today.

So let's begin by taking a nice deep breath in through the nose,

Exhaling out of the mouth,

Resting at the bottom of the breath,

Noticing sensation,

And begin when you hear the bell.

And let's breathe in and hold here.

Nice deep breath.

Hold it.

Soften the body from head to toe.

Shoulders,

Belly,

And let it go.

And just take a moment to notice at least three sensations in your body.

Does it feel light or heavy?

Prickly or tingly?

Warm or cool?

Just notice.

And for the next round of breathing,

We will be speeding up the pace a little bit,

So just follow the bells.

Inhaling when you hear the bell,

And exhaling when you hear the bell.

Do your best.

Tell yourself yes,

You can keep up with the pace.

Be open to all sensations and thoughts.

Let's begin.

And let's breathe in here and hold the breath.

Sip in a little bit more air if you can.

Sip,

Sip,

Sip.

Hold the breath.

Give a little squeeze to the body.

Keep holding.

Create some tension.

You're safe to feel it.

Safe to hold.

And slowly let that breath go.

And just relax here.

Nothing to do.

Nowhere to be.

No problem to solve.

Just resting in this meditative state.

Thank you.
