So hi everyone and welcome to this meditation,

Healing the inner child through family constellations.

So in our early experiences with our family,

The words that are spoken to us,

The emotions that we absorb and the roles that we took on as children,

They all influence how we feel,

Think and interact with the world as adults.

And most of these patterns are subconscious,

That means we are playing them out without any knowledge of where they are coming from.

Now many of us potentially carry unresolved emotions from our childhood,

Feelings of being unseen,

Unheard or misunderstood.

And these wounds often manifest as self-doubt,

Sometimes triggers or patterns that we repeat in our relationships.

This meditation is a space for deep healing.

I will guide you to connect with your inner child,

The younger version of you,

Who still lives within you and offer them love,

Reassurance and the support they may not have received fully.

We will also use some family constellation visualization to acknowledge any family influences that may have shaped you while gently releasing any burdens that don't belong to you.

Now this is a practice of both recognition and liberation and an opportunity for healing and emotional freedom.

Just keep an open mind and receive and see what unfolds for you.

So let's begin.

Now as we settle into stillness,

You can find a comfortable position where you can either sit or lie down and you won't be disturbed for the next few minutes.

Just let my words guide you now in the background.

If your body allows at this stage,

You can maybe gently start to soften your gaze.

Just soften your gaze and let your body relax.

If there is any adjustment I need to make for my physical body to relax a bit more,

I'm just going to allow that to happen now.

And as I do this,

If I feel safe,

I can also very gently close my eyes.

I'm going to simply start by breathing,

Conscious breathing.

So this is me taking my attention to my breath,

Just drawing my attention to this process as I'm breathing in through my nose and out through my mouth.

Once again,

In through my nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Now for the next breath,

As you breathe in,

Try and take your breath a little bit further down.

Maybe to your chest,

To your heart center,

To your stomach.

And then when you exhale,

Breathe all the way out as much as you can.

As you continue this process,

Breathing in through your nose,

Going all the way down to your stomach and exhaling through your mouth.

With each breath in,

Allow your body to relax and to let go.

And as you breathe out,

Just feel the weight of your body supported by the surface beneath you.

As you breathe in,

Allow your body to relax.

And as you breathe out,

Let your body drop deeper into the hard surface.

Gently,

Slowly,

Allowing your shoulders to soften,

Your jaw to unclench.

And just let your breath now flow naturally.

At this stage,

I may start to feel that my body is becoming heavy.

I'm falling into this deep state of calmness and relaxation.

Any mental chatter,

Any thoughts that I have,

They are very welcome to stay.

Just don't engage with them.

So I don't have to fight my thoughts,

I don't have to resist my thoughts.

I can just let them be,

Knowing that they are just thoughts.

And I can consciously choose just to be with my body.

I can do the same for any sensations in my body.

Anything that's arising in this moment,

It can stay.

If I feel a tightness,

Heaviness,

Warmth,

Cold,

Or any other sensation in my body,

They are all very,

Very welcome to stay.

I choose not to label my thoughts.

I choose not to label any sensations in my body.

I choose to be here and now.

I choose to be awareness.

And as I say these words,

As I embody this state,

I am falling deeper,

Deeper,

Deeper,

And deeper into my own body,

Into my own awareness.

Now as we step into this journey,

Please know that my words are just pointers.

Anything that shows up for you is exactly how healing is meant to come through for you.

Just be open to the experience.

I am not doing this to try and fix anything.

I am not doing this to try and release anything.

I am simply open to receiving.

Healing for my highest good.

Now with this intention,

I want you to place your left or your right palm on the center of your chest.

And just breathe into where your hand is.

So I am breathing into my heart now.

And my left or my right palm is on the center of my chest.

If you are a visual person,

You can bring in a color of light.

So maybe I am breathing pink light into my heart.

And as I breathe into my chest,

This pink light begins to expand.

And expand.

And expand.

And expand.

Dropping me deeper and deeper and deeper into my own heart space.

Now,

We are going to use a bit of visualization.

Even if the visions are not perfect for you,

Or if you are guided somewhere else,

Then what my words are saying,

Please just go with what shows up for you.

You cannot get this process wrong.

And a part of you knows why you are here today.

I now want you to visualize yourself standing in a safe,

Calm and peaceful place.

And let this place come to you.

I am now in a safe,

Calm and peaceful place.

Maybe it's an open field.

Maybe it's a beautiful garden.

Maybe it's a beach.

Or maybe it's my childhood home.

Or another place.

Just let your awareness go there.

I am in this peaceful,

Safe and calming place now.

And each breath that I take now,

I start to go deeper and deeper and deeper into this place.

And I am now giving myself time to explore this safe space,

This peaceful place,

This calming place.

So wherever you are,

Give yourself just a few seconds to look around.

Just to look around,

Explore and see what is showing up for me in this moment.

And now,

I want you to visualize that there is a shadow,

A warm,

Loving,

Healing presence.

You see this shadow?

Approaching you.

And I can sense a warm,

Loving and healing presence from this shadow.

As this shadow now starts to approach me,

I can see it in the distance.

And as this shadow comes closer,

I feel safer.

I feel unconditional love towards it.

And now I may also see that this seems to be my younger self approaching me.

Now this can either be me from a younger age.

This can either be me as a child.

Or I may be guided in another way.

Maybe I am seeing a memory,

Maybe I am seeing a symbol,

Maybe I am seeing a color.

Or maybe I am just feeling more relaxed.

Just go with whatever is showing up for you.

As your younger self now starts to approach you.

Now this part of us that is in front of us now is your inner child.

Now whatever is showing up for you right now,

This is the part of you that still holds the experiences,

Emotions and memories of your early years.

Now some of those experiences,

Emotions and memories I may be aware of and others may be subconscious.

Even though I don't know what they are,

They have a huge part to play in the way I function in the world.

I am just going to spend the next few seconds now noticing this presence which is in front of me.

Is this me at a particular age?

Is there an expression that I can pick up on?

Is there an emotion?

How does this presence feel?

How do they look?

Simply observe without judgment.

Simply observe without judgment.

Simply observe without judgment.

As I am observing this presence,

I may have some emotions come up in my own body.

I may have some sensations in my body.

I am just going to allow them.

Now only if I feel safe,

I am going to very very gently start to approach my inner child.

You are going to start to walk towards them,

Going a bit closer closer and closer.

As I am now facing this presence,

I can either kneel down or sit beside them.

Just see what you are being guided to.

As I step closer to this presence to my inner child,

I can either kneel down or sit beside them.

Now,

I want you to say these words silently or out loud.

I see you.

I hear you.

I see you.

I hear you.

I see you.

I hear you.

And just give this time.

See how you feel as you have said the words.

Now as you have said these words,

You may have seen either there is a change in what you were seeing.

Maybe you are now closer to them.

Maybe you can feel their energy more or you just feel more connected on a deep level.

Now,

Whenever you are ready,

Just ask this part of you.

What do you need right now?

Is there something you have been holding on to for a long time?

What would you like me to know?

And just receive my voice and see what shows up for you.

What do you need right now?

Is there something you have been holding on to for a long time?

What would you like me to know?

Now as we have made the inquiry,

Allow the response to come to you naturally.

Now response may come as a memory,

As an emotion,

As a feeling,

As a flashback,

As a relaxing breath or just a knowing.

Now whatever shows up for you now maybe it's anger,

Maybe it's fear,

Just let that be expressed through you without judgment.

Anything that my inner child,

That my subconscious was willing to release today,

I am now allowing that process to happen without judgment.

Now once again I take my attention on my heart and if I don't have my hand on my heart I can place my hand on my heart once again and just let this process happen and unfold.

This is me embracing my inner child.

This is me offering warmth and safety to my inner child and in the process anything that they are ready to release today I am letting that process unfold.

Any emotions,

Feelings,

Sensations or experiences that I may be having I am just letting them pass without judgment.

Now as we do this healing I also want you to now look at your inner child and maybe behind them just see if there are any family members that you see.

Now these don't have to be people that you know.

This could be my parents,

My grandparents or even ancestors that I have never met.

So we are asking this healing space now to show you behind your inner child if there is any family influences that are impacting you that you are connected to that you are loyal to with or without your conscious knowledge.

Now anything or anyone that you see right now may have played a role in shaping your childhood experience So if you are seeing or sensing somebody or something just silently acknowledge their presence not with blame just with awareness.

Now for this healing once again you can either say this out loud or in your mind or you can just receive my words I see you I honour the role that you played in my life and I now release what does not belong to me.

I see you I honour the role that you played in my life and I now release what no longer belongs to me.

If you feel at this stage that there are any emotions burdens,

Expectations or family loyalties that are not yours now you can imagine yourself gently handing them back through this visualization,

Through this healing So anybody,

Anyone that I see behind my inner child may be connected in some way to me,

My experiences and as I see them as I honour them I can now feel these emotions,

Burdens and expectations that are not mine are leaving me.

Now this process may also bring up emotions,

Feelings,

Memories or maybe your mind goes to a particular event,

An incident a time in your life all this can be connected to the work that you are doing here.

Now based on where you are in your journey you can either pause this recording here and continue or you can now at this stage visualize any and all burdens that don't belong to me that I may be carrying for my ancestors from my childhood or beyond you can now visualize placing them in a basket and then just see the person they belong to with love,

With honour and with understanding with love,

With honour and with understanding I am a witness in this process and I can now see my inner child handing over this basket to whoever was standing behind them and just let this process unfold now it is our intention that this healing,

This process will continue over the next few hours days,

Weeks and for as long as you need support now at this stage I can visualize that the ancestor,

The ancestor the parents or whoever showed up behind my inner child they start to fade away they start to fade away they start to fade away and the basket leaves with them with my hands on my heart once again I can now say out loud in my mind or just receive my words you are safe now you are deeply loved you are free to be yourself you are safe now you are deeply loved and you are free to be yourself now I am going to imagine a warm golden light surrounding my inner child a warm golden light surrounding my inner child filling them with a deep sense of safety and belonging and let this light grow and grow and grow and grow now as I breathe in I can imagine that my inner child surrounded in golden light starts to come closer and closer and closer my inner child now begins to step into my heart and over the next few breaths the energy of my inner child surrounded in golden light now slowly begins to merge fully with me I can now place both my hands on my heart and I can feel this presence inside of me safe loved and at peace safe loved and at peace safe loved and at peace now in these last few breaths deep within my body and as I exhale I am going to let go of any remaining heaviness anything else that needs to shift today and I will do this just for a few seconds anchoring the ceiling as I breathe in and coming back to my body coming back to my room as I breathe out slowly gently now I can start to feel my physical body I can wiggle my fingers wiggle my toes maybe move my neck side to side and slowly gently whenever I am ready I can open my eyes so thank you for taking the time today to reconnect with yourself and healing your inner child now you can carry this renewed sense of self into your day or night knowing that you are whole loved and at peace so thank you everyone and namaste
