Hello everyone and welcome to this guided journey,

To this guided meditation.

So,

Today we'll embark on this powerful journey to connect with a part of ourselves we often call our inner child or our wounded self and even lost parts of our soul.

Now,

Think of it like a part of me,

Part of my awareness,

A part of my soul that holds the essence for all my early experiences in life,

Good and bad,

My conditioning and any and all unprocessed emotions that I may have.

And by accessing this part within me with love and compassion,

I can begin to heal and release some of those unseen subconscious blocks that may be holding me back.

Now,

This journey,

This recording is designed for complete beginners.

So,

All you have to do is find a comfortable place where you'll not be disturbed for the next few minutes and we can begin this journey together.

Now,

Wherever you are right now,

You can do this meditation,

This relaxation,

This journey sitting up,

Lying down.

So,

Just begin by finding that position for yourself which is the most comfortable.

Whatever feels best for you,

Sit or lie down.

And just take a moment to settle in wherever you are.

And once you feel settled,

Then gently close your eyes if your body allows.

And we'll just simply start by bringing our attention to our breath.

Just start to bring your attention to your breath.

Now,

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And we'll continue in through your nose.

Now,

Try and go all the way down to your stomach,

To your belly button if your body allows.

And then breathe all the way out through your mouth.

Now,

With your eyes closed,

Focusing on the breath.

Now,

Let your breath find its own natural rhythm.

Now,

Let's just watch the breath,

This process.

There's no need to control it.

I'm just observing now the gentle rise and fall of my chest.

Every inhale now,

I'm breathing in calmness and peace.

And every exhale now,

I'm letting go of any stress or any tension.

My body becomes more and more and more relaxed with each breath.

And more relaxed with each breath.

Now,

My shoulders are dropping.

My jaw is relaxed.

My neck relaxes.

My legs,

My knees,

My calves,

My feet.

Back of my body,

My spine,

My hips,

My hamstrings.

My whole body now starts to feel heavy and relaxed.

Heavy and relaxed.

Very heavy.

Very,

Very,

Very relaxed.

Now,

From this relaxed space,

From this calm space,

As we get ready to access the deeper mind,

Or the subconscious,

Or the unconscious,

Or the unseen,

I'm just now going to ask you just to bring up your safe space.

Now,

This can be different for different people.

So choose a place in your life,

A person in your life,

A situation in your life,

A memory in your life,

Where you feel completely safe and at ease.

Whatever or wherever that may be.

A place where you feel completely safe and at ease.

Let's bring that up in our awareness now.

Take a moment now to fully immerse yourself in this space.

Now,

Notice the colors,

Sounds,

The smell,

The faces,

The symbols,

Whatever else may be coming up for you.

Now,

More importantly,

Feel the safety flooding your body.

Now,

How I feel in this place,

How I feel with this person,

I'm now letting myself feel that in my body now.

Feeling very safe,

Very relaxed,

And any residual tension that I had in my system is now passed with this exhale.

Now,

From this safe space,

Wherever you may be in your deeper mind,

Visualize,

Sense,

Or imagine that there is a pathway now in front of you.

And again,

Anything that you see,

Anything that you sense,

Anything that you visualize is exactly what needs to show up for you.

My words are just pointers.

So trust.

Whatever shows up in my experience,

I unconditionally trust that.

Now,

This pathway that I see in front of me,

From this calm,

Safe,

And relaxed space,

Is going to lead me today to this very special place where my youth is going to blossom.

To this very special place where my younger self,

Where my inner child,

Where my wounded self resides.

And now let's slowly,

In our mind's eye,

Begin to walk down this path.

As you walk forward,

Feel yourself becoming more connected to your inner self,

More aware of this energy within you.

As you continue to walk,

Notice,

Sense,

And see the changes,

If any,

That you feel in your own body.

In the physical sensations,

In the feelings,

In the emotions.

As I walk closer to seeing this part of me,

Does this bring up any emotion in me?

As I walk closer to seeing this part of me,

Does this bring up any emotion in me?

Has my breath changed?

Am I happy?

Am I anxious?

Am I excited?

Am I nervous?

And without judging anything,

Just acknowledge all that shows up.

And the next step that you take,

We are almost at the end of this path now.

You now see in front of you,

There is either a bench,

A seating area.

But in the distance now from this step on,

You see someone sitting there.

You can clearly see them in your mind's eye.

And from the distance it looks like it is a younger version of you.

Showing up today as this child,

As this color,

As this symbol,

As this number,

As a feeling in your body or anything else that may be showing up.

Unconditionally trust what is showing up.

Now let's approach,

Walk closer towards this part of me.

Any age.

Now let's approach them,

Approach this energy,

This part of me with love and compassion.

Now in my mind's eye as I walked closer to this bench,

To this child,

I am going to kneel down to their level.

And let's offer now a warm smile to this energy,

To this piece,

This part of me.

Let your inner child know with this warm smile that you are here today only to listen,

Understand and to offer love.

Now you can say this to yourself while visualizing your inner child.

While visualizing your inner child,

Out loud or in your mind,

With love in your heart we say,

I see you.

I see you.

I see you for who you are.

And pay close attention to any emotions,

Feelings that come up in you as you say these words.

Seeing and acknowledging this part of me that always lived with me.

And now we'll say this once again silently or out loud,

Be guided.

Be guided.

I see you for who you are.

I am sorry it took me so long to find you.

I am sorry it took me so long to find you.

And now we pause.

What is this bringing up in me?

This acknowledgement,

Seeing my fears,

Seeing my joy,

Seeing my child.

And allow yourself to feel that this is healing.

Now as we honor these emotions that come with acknowledgement,

Let's ask this inner child now how they are feeling.

Now once again silently or out loud,

What do you need from me today?

What do you need from me today?

What do you need from me today?

And now for the next minute,

We are just going to listen.

Listen with an open heart,

Without judgment.

Through thoughts,

Feelings,

Sensations in your body.

Allow this part of you now to come up and communicate with you.

And whatever they are feeling,

You may feel in your system now.

Allow yourself to feel,

Listen and heal without judgment now.

And now,

Knowing in your heart that it is okay to feel whatever you are feeling,

Whatever you are sensing,

Whatever you were shown today.

All this part of you needed was a voice,

Was to be acknowledged,

Was to be seen.

And through holding space today,

Through listening,

Through seeing,

Through bringing this up in you,

You have done that today.

Now,

Staying where you are,

Now imagine yourself embracing or holding your inner child.

As you listen to them,

As you let them process their emotions,

Just spend now the next minute holding your inner child.

And for this part of the meditation,

You can have one or both of your hands on your heart or the center of your chest.

And you are now just visualizing the same piece,

The same part,

The same self that I saw,

That I brought up,

I am now just holding them.

I am visualizing the same piece,

The same part,

The same self that I saw,

That I brought up,

I am now just holding them.

I have seen you,

I have found you,

I have heard your story,

And I am now just holding you.

And feel the love,

The warmth,

The soothing as you do this piece.

And as you do this,

You can repeat this again in your mind.

You are safe,

You are loved,

And you are valued.

You are safe,

You are loved,

You are valued.

You are safe,

You are loved,

You are valued.

Allow yourself to feel the love and compassion that's flowing now from your heart to the child.

Just feel this connection,

This healing happening as you sit in this embrace now.

Now,

As we come to a close,

We'll visualize a beautiful healing light around whatever vision you are seeing right now.

It's me,

My younger self,

My inner child,

I am holding them,

I am embracing them,

And I now choose to surround and flood this with a light.

This light represents love,

Compassion,

And divine healing energy.

Any color that you're comfortable with that shows up,

Pink,

White,

Gold,

Orange,

Bring that up now.

And imagine now that this light is dissolving any fears,

Any pains,

And any negative emotions.

The next few breaths that you take,

Let this light flood you and them completely.

Once again,

Any physical sensations,

Feelings of emotions coming up,

Feelings coming up,

Visions,

Trust,

Allow.

Now,

Over the next few breaths,

Take a few moments to integrate,

To absorb this experience.

Feel the bond that you've created today,

And also feel the healing that has taken place.

Let yourself,

Your subconscious mind,

Know that you can always reach out to this part of you and work on this with intention.

Now,

Slowly,

Gently,

Gradually,

Let's bring our attention back to the body.

So I'll start by bringing my attention to the top of my head.

Then I pull my attention down to my forehead,

Then to my nose,

Then to my eyes,

Then to my cheeks,

To my chin,

To my shoulders,

To my arms,

To my hands,

To my chest,

To my stomach,

To my legs,

To my calves,

To my feet.

I am going to now visualize roots of light,

Any color,

That are going down from the soles of my feet all the way down into Mother Earth,

Into Gaia.

And this is grounding,

Aligning,

Grounding,

Aligning,

Grounding,

Aligning,

Grounding,

Aligning,

Bringing me back fully.

I now gently move my neck side to side.

I wiggle my fingers,

Wiggle my toes,

Take my attention to the back of my eyes.

The next breath that I take,

In my own time,

I can open my eyes.

Now you can take a few moments to sit quietly,

Maybe now or later on in your day,

And reflect on the journey that you've just had.

Now,

Some of the pain,

Some of the emotions,

Some of the entanglements that you're facing in your current life,

May be connected to this part of you,

Who's being activated,

Who's coming up,

Who's being brought up by this situation.

So you can go back to this part,

Go back to this piece,

Go back to this meditation with more specific intentions.

You can work with this part of you.

And the main basis for this work is safety.

By wounded self,

My child,

My lost soul will only talk to me when it feels safe with me.

I'm going to create a safe space,

And I'm going to approach this piece with love and compassion.

And I trust that healing will take place in its own time.

Also thank yourself for taking this time to connect with yourself.

And now carry this sense of love,

This sense of compassion as you go about your day.
