Transcript
Find comfort in the body temple whether you choose to be seated cross-legged or in a chair or laid down or even standing.
Maybe you're choosing to tone while you clean.
Take this as formal or casual.
Have fun with it.
Walk right to left,
Forward to back.
Find ears over shoulders over hips.
Breathe in,
Shoulders to ears.
Breathe out together and down.
In shoulders up,
Out,
Open the heart,
Drop them.
Use palms up to receive,
Palms down to energize.
Maybe you have your own mudra of choice.
Inhale,
Lengthen your spine tall.
Exhale,
Soften the face.
Unhinge your jaw,
Relax the tongue.
Arrive.
How are you arriving?
What is it like to watch the body,
To release the weight,
To let earth embrace you,
To feel the threads in and around each other of how we lift and hold each other?
Maybe you feel like a balloon that floats,
Is swayed by different winds of change,
But there is a light thread to keep you here,
Guide you there,
To stay present to what you were called for.
Meditation does not look one way.
Maybe you do enjoy that sway.
Please bring awareness to the souls of your feet and gently build your empire scan with no opinion.
Feel the warm parts of you.
Feel the cool parts of you.
Feel areas that might feel dense.
Feel the areas that feel expanded.
Come as you are with compassion and love.
We move up through the legs,
Abdomen,
Spine,
Heart space.
Notice the gate of the heart.
Can you,
Do you glow in all directions,
Front,
Side and back?
The multidimensional fire,
Awareness to the throat,
The focus of today.
Again does the gate of the throat,
Is it open?
Notice the light shining forward,
Down to the heart,
To the head.
Is the heart and head connected to this area of light?
Shoulders are anchored and there is freedom in your mind,
In your brain,
In your occipital.
So the Kundalini can rise if it's your day for that,
For the arteries and nerves in the spine to feel its connections.
The prana,
The apana,
The rising,
The descending forces.
Shift the awareness to the tip of your nose,
Feel the breath enter,
Feel the breath leave.
Notice where it travels to,
In this accordion,
Balloon,
Lungs.
Breathe in,
Expand,
Ribs float out.
Breathe out through your mouth,
Let it go,
Ribs down,
Navel back,
Maybe the hand is on the navel point.
In,
Nose,
Out mouth,
With or without the tone,
Pull your navel back.
In,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Out,
Nose or mouth,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Breathe in,
Five,
Breathe out,
Four,
Five.
Continue your full breath,
Equal five or so more in,
Out.
I will allow a minute of silence,
May we breathe in harmony with breath body all around the world.
If the hands want to be on the body temple,
To calibrate to you,
Feel free.
In,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Out,
Nose or mouth,
Breathe in,
Out.
Breathe in,
Out.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Stay with your natural ebb and flow and know when we slow down the breath,
We enter that rest and digest function of the nervous system and organs and state of being.
There is expansion there.
Feel free to return to this breath without the tones at any point.
This is the fuel for many things.
Breathe in,
Kiss the palms together.
Breathe out,
Give them a rub.
Exhale,
Meditate,
The nerve ending and consider what part of your body you want to acknowledge,
A chakra area that you'd like to amplify,
Energize,
An area of tension.
Land your hands,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Feel the density and loving,
Compassionate touch.
Acknowledge this part of you,
The role that it plays,
The love and support that is needed.
I love reminding you that you are your own teacher,
Healer,
Doctor and guide and co-creation with those we resonate and trust.
And out the hands fall or rise to Anjali Mudra,
Thumb to sternum.
We acknowledge the lineage of vocal toning throughout multiple religions,
Spiritual practices,
Yoga and beyond.
Thank you to all the Guru's teacher students that have kept this tradition alive for it to find its way to our homes and our lives.
May we receive the science and art and healing properties from these tones today to serve and support you.
And so why are you here?
Art needs to be called in,
Harmonized.
It can be a word,
A special prayer on your heart.
Say it.
Cross your hands on your shoulders,
Pull them down.
Take your head around the world.
Neck circle.
Open that throat chakra a little bit more.
Breathe freely.
Switch the direction.
Inhale blink eyes,
Release the arms.
Exhale any intuitive movement.
Please take care of yourself between these tones.
You can always do the horsey sound,
Which is a lip trill.
It's what singers do.
Release,
Relax the lips.
Of course you can massage your jaw,
Your face.
Grab your ears,
Pull them out.
Open the mouth,
Open the canals.
If you want,
Have a journal nearby.
Because maybe there's an idea that comes up.
Our first tone is E,
As in me.
It's for the crown chakra.
Maybe you'll visualize or see some violet,
White.
It's for connectedness and understanding and to have spiritual stamina.
Always relevant.
If you want,
You can place hands on to amplify.
Remember,
Creative wellness has no one way.
Choose your pitch,
Layer and tone,
Layered over mine.
We all have different lung capacities.
We are a conscious symphony around the world.
E M E M E M E M E M E M E M E M E E M E E Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Follow the breath and track the body,
Heart and head.
Notice the effects.
Mm.
And bridge the experience with the front of your brain with a word.
Is there a phrase to describe your imaginings or the emotional,
Physical space?
My word is bubbling over.
How about you?
In this day and age of the information and the flux,
Vocal tones are key.
When you just have a minute or two.
Our next tone is ho.
We can all become Santy Claus if you want.
Maybe you place your hands on the abdomen to give that Buddha belly.
Choose your pitch,
Level,
Layer and tone.
And may you have a ho ho holey experience with me.
Ho Ho Ho Ho Ho Ho Ho Ho Ho Ho Ho Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Follow the breath,
Follow the mind,
Follow the body,
Follow the current of any meridians,
Any imaginings.
Find a word,
Bridge the experience with this reality.
My word,
It can be a poetic word,
My word is a cotton rainbow.
There's an arcing of a soft belly.
It's like a cotton rainbow laying on my stomach over some bolster of some sort.
How about you?
Where you at,
Where you at?
Ram,
Really explore that R.
Of course we expand on the vowel of the A,
But play with that R and that M,
The M.
This is for third chakra,
For will,
For your identity and courage,
For action.
Choose your pitch,
Layer and tone layered over mine.
Option for hands on healing.
Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Ram Exhale,
Follow the breath,
Move and groove,
Settle and be.
Where are you?
Who are you and how are you?
What did Ram do to you?
And can you find a word to bridge,
To make it tactile and exact,
To have the information be received,
Because maybe you want to do this tone throughout the week?
Huh.
For some reason my poetic word and visual is crystal palace.
There's something about walking on a path that was like crystal clear and it led to this palace.
Action and courage to walk,
To build the world and reality,
Who knows?
How about you?
Enjoy it.
It's like chewing some gum.
This is one of the healing sounds of qigong.
Maybe you see blue water.
It harmonizes the lower front abdominal,
Sides,
Kidney,
Urinary,
Bladder and it turns fear into gentleness.
Let's transform that fear into gracious beings of light.
Choose your pitch,
Length,
Layer and tone.
Toor Leng Toor Toor Toor Toor Toor Toor Toor Inhale.
Exhale.
Where are you?
Feel and allow heart,
Throat,
Head.
What's your visual?
What's your feeling?
Can you name it to integrate it?
Yes,
You can.
Himalayan mist Is mine Himalayan mist And you are Core world's magic So we'll start with oooh and then we'll go to woo.
Ooh woo sounds like a girl band or a boy band.
Ooh woo ooh woo ooh woo.
So we're going to start actually with woo and then go to ooh.
So woo is for kidneys,
Bladder,
Releasing fear.
Oh,
A fear.
Fear is a theme.
Then we'll go,
We're going to ground the fear with ooh.
Okay.
Please.
Choose your pitch,
Length,
Layer and tone.
Ride the breath with both tones of woo,
Then ooh.
Breathe in.
Ooh.
Ooh.
Ooh.
Ooh.
Woo.
Woo.
Woo.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Explore this state.
The effects,
The transmissions,
The allowings.
Where are you?
How's the head heart space?
Outside reunions.
Outside reunion activities.
That's my visual.
In bare feet.
Outside reunion activities with bare feet.
So there's a celebratory woo,
But there's the bare feet grounding.
How about you?
Where you at?
Where you at?
How did you experience that?
We've made it to our final tone.
Why don't we take a lip trill moment.
Exhale through soft lips.
So we have yam,
The heart.
Fourth chakra,
Love.
Yes,
Let's conclude with love,
The dessert.
Stimulates the thyroid,
Parathyroid,
And throat.
Let's bleed and blend and pour love into the throat.
How perfect to conclude.
Oh,
Oh,
Oh.
Yum,
Yum.
Interesting.
You never know what combos you're getting.
It's what is needed for this time and space.
Choose your pitch level,
Layer,
And tone.
Any hands on healing,
Go for it.
Yum,
Yum.
Yum.
Yum.
Yum.
Yum.
Yum.
Yum.
Yum.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale completely.
Track your body,
Temple,
Heart space,
Throat,
Head.
What do you feel in the density of your body?
In the imaginings of the mind and the auric spirits?
Can you name it?
Describe?
Bridge the experience,
My dear ones.
Endless feast.
That's my term,
Word,
Phrase.
An endless feast that is nurturing.
But there's always room for more.
Because we don't exist in the boundary of just a belly and a stomach.
Endless feast.
What is your word?
Beautiful.
Breathe in.
Breathe out,
Lip trill.
In.
And out.
May feel the freedom in your body,
In your soul.
Please explore some intuitive movement.
Maybe the hands come to your face.
You massage the temple,
The jaw.
We explore lion's breath.
Breathe in,
Squeeze your mouth,
Your eyes.
Form some fists,
Close,
Shrug the shoulders.
Breathe out,
Fingers down,
Eyes up,
Tongue out.
In.
Out.
In.
Out.
Beautiful.
Roll those shoulders.
Yes,
Maybe there's an elephant.
Get up,
Stand up.
Explore any movement.
This inner outer work.
In you,
Around you.
There is great love here for you.
May you feel the fullness and the lightness of being.
And have a wonderful step,
Movements,
Thought.
Forward in the roles you play.

What a balanced wholesome transformative practice. So nice to have the variety to use my voice while meditating. Amazing to sense the meridians in my body. Such a value I'm curious for more combinations of tones hopefully they'll be more. Very grateful for this unique session and inspired guidance.
