This meditation is designed to help you move from feelings of stagnation or being stuck into a place of joy and creativity.

It's easy to get caught up in confusion,

Distraction,

Or procrastination,

And it's completely normal to feel that way sometimes.

This meditation is here to help remind you you have the freedom to create the life you choose and that joy and clarity come from decisively choosing to focus on what brings you happiness.

Use this practice anytime you need a boost of creativity and joy.

Let's start by finding a comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes gently and allow your shoulders to relax.

Begin by taking three deep breaths with me,

Inhaling deeply through your nose,

Letting your belly rise,

And then exhaling slowly through your mouth like you're blowing through a straw.

Ready?

Let's start by inhaling deeply and exhale.

Release any tension in your body.

Ready?

Inhale again deeply and exhale,

Letting go of any stress or worry.

One more inhale deep and exhale,

Feeling your body start to relax completely.

Now bring your attention inward.

Notice any feelings of confusion,

Distraction,

Or procrastination.

Acknowledge these feelings without judgment.

It's okay to feel this way,

But remember,

You have the power to choose how you respond.

As you continue to breathe deeply and steadily,

Focus on the following affirmations.

To help you release stagnation and embrace creativity and joy.

I acknowledge my feelings of being stuck and understand that they're just temporary.

I choose to release self-judgment and move towards what brings me joy.

I have the freedom to create the life I choose,

Filled with joy and creativity.

I am open to the clarity and inspiration that comes from choosing joy.
