My soul welcomes your soul to this meditation,
Let it go,
Let it flow,
Let it grow,
Let it glow,
This is a sacred space,
A space where we will release what no longer serves,
Where we will breathe life back into what has been forgotten,
Where we awaken the soul's rhythm and where we glow from inside out,
Each breath,
Each word,
Each moment is a step towards your truth,
So let's begin,
If you haven't already,
Closing your eyes,
And now inhaling deeply through your nose,
And exhaling softly through your mouth,
Again deep in through your nose,
And out through your mouth,
One more,
In through the nose,
And out through your mouth,
Now let your breathing become like waves,
Gentle,
Rhythmic and cleansing,
Feel into your whole body,
And just notice,
What are you holding onto,
Feeling into your mind,
And your soul,
Asking the same question,
What are you holding onto,
A thought,
A fear,
A heaviness in your chest,
Just whatever it is,
Let it arise to the surface in this safe space,
You don't need to name it,
Just feel it,
Perhaps it's from the past,
Or even worries about the future,
Just feel whatever this is,
Take a deep breath in,
And with your exhale,
Just let it go,
Let's take three more breaths in and out,
Breathing in,
And letting go,
Inhale,
Let it go,
Inhale,
And let it go,
Every breath dissolving,
Melting it into the earth beneath you,
The earth can hold it,
You don't have to have it anymore,
Let's now take a couple more breaths in,
Breathing in,
And this time just sighing out to release it,
Inhale,
Perhaps shaking your hands,
And letting it go,
Inhale one more time,
And this time just exhaling it into the wind,
You are safe to let it go,
And now you let it flow,
Bringing your awareness to your heart centre,
Place a hand over it,
Feel the space inside you beginning to soften,
Beginning to open,
Like a river that has been dammed,
Finally released,
Breathe into your heart,
And let it flow,
Let love flow through you,
Let the emotions move freely without any judgement,
Let your breath flow in waves,
Flowing in and out of your body,
No need to fix,
No need to fight,
Only to feel,
You are the river,
You are the current,
You are the sacred flow of life,
Let it flow,
Opening up the earth,
Within you something new is growing,
A dream,
A truth,
A part of you ready to bloom,
Place your awareness into your solar plexus,
Just above your navel,
Feel your inner strength expand as you inhale,
And softly repeat,
Let it grow,
Let it grow,
Let it grow,
With every breath your confidence grows,
Your clarity grows from within,
Your alignment with your purpose also grows,
You are rising,
You are becoming,
You are blooming now in all directions,
Let it grow,
Now feel the light that lives inside you,
The glow,
Radiant from your heart,
Spiralling through your chakras,
Expanding into your aura,
You are now ready to glow,
Not from effort,
But from truth,
Not from force,
But from flow,
You see your whole body surrounded in golden light,
You are shining like the sun,
You are pulsing like a star,
You are a soul set free,
Say these words softly to yourself,
I let go with grace,
I let life flow through me,
I let my truth grow strong,
I let my soul glow brightly,
And now repeat,
I am light,
I am flow,
I am growth,
I am radiant,
I am whole,
I am ready,
Let yourself rest in this glow,
Let yourself be the glow,
Beginning to return,
Wiggling your fingers and toes,
Take a deep full breath in and sigh it out,
Feel the earth beneath you,
The light within you,
The stillness around you,
You have let go,
You are in flow,
You are growing,
You are glowing,
Carry this with you wherever you go,
And so it is,
And so it shall be,
