Begin by gently letting your eyes close.
Then take some long,

Deep breaths.
Take your time.
This is you time now.
A place for you to find peace and calm.
Please make sure that you're feeling comfortable in a place where you won't be disturbed.
Continue to breathe slowly in through your nose.
And then releasing the breath through your mouth.
Allow yourself to relax further,
Becoming more peaceful as you continue to breathe.
We're now going to count down very slowly from three to one.

I'd like you to imagine that you're standing in the middle of a stunning forest.
You're surrounded by green everywhere you look.
You inhale the smells of nature that envelop you and permeate your senses.
Clean,
Clear smells of the trees and of Mother Earth herself.
Birds and wind song play gently on the air.
A fine breeze cleanses and clears your thoughts.
You are at peace.
This place allows you to feel mentally strong.
Grounded in your body at one with nature.
Listening more,
You hear the sound of ocean waves and you feel drawn to the mighty power of the water.
You begin to follow a delicate winding path that seems to beckon you in the direction of the waves and surf.
You continue to follow the winding trail which leads you to a deserted beach filled with pebbles,
Rocks and shells.
The water glistens as you walk towards the shoreline.
All the while the lapping of the waves continues to relax you,
Comfort and support you.
You reach the water and bend to let your fingers feel its icy town.
You've never felt more alive and connected to nature's wonder.
Looking slowly to the left,
You see a figure walking towards you.
You don't know the person yet but there's a feeling of knowing,
A connection,
A realisation that this figure is someone important to you.
You look at them,
Taking in all they are,
How they look,
Their aura,
The feeling you have in their presence.
You use all five senses to come to know who this being is.
This beautiful being is your spirit guide.
You may not know them but the truth is you have always known them.
Your connection to this perfect being is eternal.
You ask their name and listen to the answer.
You are surprised but not surprised at all.
You take each other's hands gently and you ask your guide if they have a message for you.
Strongly connected to them,
You hear their words,
Their love,
Their guidance.
Their message empowers you,
Breathes connection and strength into your inner self.
It's time now for your guide to leave.
They smile at you,
Turn and begin to move slowly away.
As they retreat,
They begin to disappear into the distance until you can no longer see them.
But you know,
You know and you feel that you can call them at any time.
The connection has been created.
You turn from the water's edge and make your way back to the line of trees that edge the beach.
You find your way back to the path through nature's greenery and to the centre of the forest where your spirit guide journey began.
But something has changed in you.
There's a soul knowing and a completeness inside you.
It's a feeling that you've never felt before.
As you stand in your peaceful forest space,
You focus on your breathing,
Keeping it slow and comfortably paced.
You listen to the birds and the breeze softening in the trees and you feel absolute peace.
It's time to come back to the present moment.
Slowly and gently open your eyes,
Giving yourself time to reestablish your surroundings.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And as you open your eyes,
You know your spirit guide is with you and you can ask for them to be present any time you wish.
