Hello.
Today we're going to tap into the trust that you can create within your body,
This beautiful vessel that carries you through your day-to-day life,
And tuning in to that trust with breath.
This is a tool that you can take anywhere you go,
Any day,
Any time,
Any place.
But for today,
I'll invite you to start by taking a comfortable seat,
Closing down your eyes or finding a comfortable gaze,
And simply noticing your breath,
Not making any changes.
Simply noticing where your body may be supported by the seat or the ground underneath you,
Noticing where a point of your body may be a bit more supported,
Another part of your body perhaps a little less.
Now tapping into your breath,
Taking some nice deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth,
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
I'll be speaking some words of building trust with the body,
And as I do,
I invite you to inhale and exhale with these words,
Allowing these words to come into your body,
Into your being,
Through the breath that you create.
And with each exhale,
Releasing and creating even more space for these words to land.
Inhale,
I allow,
Exhale.
Inhale,
My body,
Exhale.
Inhale to release,
Exhale anything it needs to let go of,
To create space.
Continuing to breathe on your own as I share these words,
I trust my body to move this energy to bring me home.
I thank my body for helping me be even more free than I already am.
Sharing these words with you two more times as you continue to breathe,
Focusing on each word,
Maybe noticing where each word lands in your body,
Noticing any sensations that may come up around these words.
I allow my body to release anything it needs to let go of,
To create space.
I trust my body to move this energy to bring me home.
I thank my body for helping me be even more free than I already am.
Nice deep inhale and a nice long exhale,
Sharing these words one more time.
This time noticing if your eyes are closed,
If any colors arise,
If any temperatures arise,
And if any thoughts arise,
Simply thank them for their presence and allow them to pass and focus on these words.
With an inhale and an exhale,
We begin one last time.
I allow my body to release anything it needs to let go of,
To create space.
I trust my body to move this energy to bring me home.
I thank my body for helping me be even more free than I already am.
One more deep inhale through the nose and one more long exhale through the mouth.
You can take these words with you wherever you go.
A small reminder that this body deserves your trust and carries you every day,
Every time,
Every time,
Everywhere,
Every place you go.
Wishing you a beautiful and grounded day.
