Welcome.
Wherever you are right now,
Thank yourself for taking a few moments to come home.
To breathe.
To reconnect.
And to remember who you are beneath the noise.
Let's begin by settling into a comfortable position.
You can sit upright with your spine gently tall or lie down if that's what your body is asking for in this moment.
Let your hands rest gently,
Naturally.
And close your eyes if it feels safe.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
One more time.
Big inhale and exhale with a sigh.
Now let your breath return to its natural rhythm.
No need to force or control it.
Just notice.
Let your awareness gently follow each inhale and exhale like waves arriving and retreating from the shore.
As your breath softens,
Allow your shoulders to drop.
Unclench your jaw.
Let your belly relax.
There's nowhere to be but here.
Nothing to prove,
Nothing to fix,
No problems to solve.
Now bring your awareness inward.
Beneath the surface of your thoughts.
Beneath your roles.
Your to-do list.
Your expectations.
And feel yourself arrive fully in this moment.
This breath.
This body.
This life.
Let yourself wonder gently.
What is it?
Everything I've been searching for lives within me.
Your true self isn't something you have to become.
It's something you already are.
Loving.
Capable.
And deeply worthy.
Notice what it feels like to accept this truth.
You may feel it as a warmth in your heart.
Or simply a quiet presence.
However it arises,
Let it meet you fully.
There may be doubts.
That's okay.
There may be noise.
That's okay too.
Just keep coming back to your breath.
To the quiet inner flame that has never gone out.
No matter how chaotic life has felt.
Let this breath be an honoring of your true self.
A remembering.
Inhale.
I am here.
I am here.
Inhale.
I trust myself.
I return to myself.
You are not behind.
You are not broken or flawed.
You are not too much.
And you are right on time.
Take one more deep,
Nourishing breath in.
And release it out.
When you are ready,
Begin to gently bring your awareness back to the space around you.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Roll your shoulders.
And maybe place a hand on your heart.
As you move back into your day,
Carry this connection with you.
You don't have to try so hard.
Just stay close to yourself.
