Welcome to this guided meditation with me,
Jamie This meditation is designed to help with grounding,
Presence and confidence Begin to feel grounded in your body,
Closing the eyes,
Feeling the breath Calm your breathing,
Slow everything down,
Relaxing the eyes and the eyelids,
Eyebrows,
The face,
Keep slowing the breath down And just enjoying the feeling of the air coming in and out,
Feeling the body get heavy,
The shoulders relaxing,
Feeling the weight of the body as we're pushed into where we are sitting or lying,
Being aware of gravity and its weight,
Holding us here on earth,
Feeling the comfort in this weight,
The safety of being held on earth,
Held to where we are,
Feeling all the skin on the body that holds us here as human form,
Feeling the whole body as one and observe yourself like a tree which stands strong and tall,
Breathing with its roots in the ground,
Taking in nutrients,
Feeling that stability in yourself in where we are right here and now,
Enjoying the stillness of the body,
Stillness of the mind,
The observation of our human bodies,
Just opening to any feelings,
Any sensuality of temperature or wind,
Feeling very present with any sensation which comes as this ability to sense is what makes us feel alive,
Relaxing the face,
Relaxing the eyes,
Dropping into our senses and our environment brings us presence,
Breathing nice and deeply,
Nice and slowly,
Nice and steadily,
Feeling our hips,
Our bum as it makes contact with the earth and as we breathe in just feeling this grounded energy coming up through the buttocks into the body,
Into the thorax and as we breathe this grounded energy up from the bottom of our spines,
Also sensing what is it which you need to be more grounded in your personality,
In who you are.
We know who we are,
What part of your personality hides away,
Maybe out of embarrassment or fear of what people may think,
Maybe seeing a part of you in your third eye,
In your mind's eye,
Feeling a word,
A knowing,
What part of you can you bring more into your stable being and as you breathe in,
Feeling that grounded energy come up into the spine,
Into the body,
Feeling that energy of who you truly are spread across the body.
Do not doubt yourself,
Do not doubt your intuition,
Whatever comes through is the truth for you and as you breathe deeply in,
Feel your body fill with this confidence,
This knowing to share your gift,
Share your personality and as we're breathing in,
Breathing up from the ground,
Drawing on the earth's energy,
If you can I want you to feel a deep green energy,
A deep green healing and grounding energy also move through the body,
See where it moves towards,
Which part is being strengthened,
Which part does your intuition go to in your body and this deep green energy is also one of love and compassion for ourselves,
For our bodies,
For our experience on this earth.
So feeling this energy of love and compassion for yourself,
As you keep breathing nice and deeply,
Feel the release on the out breath of the stagnant energy,
Breathing nice and deeply in and feeling the earth's energy,
The deep green energy healing,
Unremoving,
Cleansing.
Again,
Soften the face,
Soften the shoulders,
Lighten everything.
I'm just coming up with a few words to repeat to yourself for the next minute,
What are you drawing in?
As you breathe in,
Just feeling those words seep into the body,
Breathing deep into belief,
Into knowing,
Breathing out and releasing the lack of belief.
How does the body feel with this energy being believed,
Being made real,
The strength in your personality and being and knowing,
Releasing the voice in our head which tells us we are not good enough,
Which doubts,
Which criticizes ourselves,
Calling in that strength of knowing.
And just now clearing the mind,
Letting go,
Bringing your attention to the spot in between your eyebrows,
So you're almost looking out but with your eyes closed,
Looking slightly up,
Breathing into this area between the eyebrows,
Our intuition,
Our third eye.
And just feeling this presence in the moment of not needing to do anything or be anywhere or become anyone else than we are right here.
And just basking in this feeling of our human bodies on this earth in this moment.
We are a gift.
Breathe nice and deeply down into the belly,
Like a tree with its leaves spread out wide,
Breathing nice and deep down all the way into the roots which holds you to the earth.
Feeling all the senses in your body,
All the gifts of being human,
Relaxed,
Present,
Grounded,
Calm and confident.
Having the confidence to be our fully selves,
Sharing our gifts,
Sharing our passions,
Meeting other human beings with presence and love and understanding.
As we all go through suffering,
We all have the human mind which often works against us but is only protecting us from pain that we have received in the past.
So as we sit here also sending love and compassion to our minds,
Sending compassion,
Presence,
Understanding to its intelligence,
Its creativity,
Its need to protect.
As we breathe nice and deeply,
The healing dark green energy releases pain and trauma which we've held on to.
As we breathe deeply out,
We give permission for it to leave the body.
We don't need to apologize for who we are,
For how we show up,
For our likes and our dislikes.
We forgive those who judge us,
Who try and make us feel small as they do it out of their own lack of confidence in themselves.
We are strong,
We are stable,
We know ourselves.
In these bodies we are separate but our spirits are infinitely connected.
Our souls know,
Our souls understand and our souls yearn for connection and for love.
So to open our hearts,
Open our energetic field to all those around us because our energy is unbound,
Our energy is infinite.
Breathing nice and deeply,
Filling our body with this confidence,
With this knowing and expanding our aura,
Our energetic field.
To open and be proud of who we are.
And as we open our eyes,
We feel the divine,
We feel the beauty of seeing through eyes which appreciate the world,
Which appreciates all the colors,
Appreciates every little detail which our amazing bodies can pick up on.
Taking your time,
Enjoying the moment,
Breathing deeply,
Giving out much love and gratitude.
