This guided meditation will help to cultivate the feelings of compassion,
Love and kindness,
Helping others through their difficult and challenging times,
Also helping to shift the collective energy into a higher vibrational energy.
So let's begin.
Please find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed,
Turning off or silence any distractions,
Find a comfortable seated position and softly close down your eyes.
We will begin by taking three deep breaths to relax the body and the mind.
So on your next inhale,
Take a deep inhale.
Notice how your body expands as your lungs fill up with air.
And as you exhale,
Notice how your body contracts and relaxes.
Inhaling your body expands.
Exhaling your body contracts,
Relaxing deeper and deeper.
Inhaling your body expands.
Exhaling,
Releasing any remaining stress and tension that you are holding,
Completely relaxing your body as you return back to your natural breath.
Take your attention to the top of your head now,
As you relax the top of your head,
Continuing that relaxation down into your forehead,
As you soften around the eyes,
Relaxing into the eyes and deep into the eye sockets,
Softening your face as you relax your nose,
Your cheeks and your mouth,
Unclenching your jaw,
Allowing your tongue to rest away from the roof of your mouth.
Continue that relaxation down into your neck and throat as they soften,
Allowing your shoulders to rest away from your ears.
As you relax into your upper arms,
Down to your elbows,
Your forearms,
Your hands and your fingers.
Relaxing into your chest and upper back,
Middle back and lower back,
As you soften around your stomach,
Allowing it to become heavy and sit naturally.
Relaxing into your hips and pelvis,
Your upper legs all the way down to your knees,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
Your feet and your toes.
Just allow your body to sit now,
To relax.
Take your attention to your heart space now,
At the centre of your chest,
Just breathing naturally in and out of your heart space.
As your attention placed here enlivens your heart and its qualities,
Its qualities of love,
Kindness,
Compassion,
Empathy,
Peace.
Just allow your awareness to cultivate the healing vibrations of your heart,
As you surround yourself with this energy.
Placing your attention on your heart space,
As you breathe in and out of this area naturally.
As you silently repeat in your mind a phrase towards yourself,
May I be healthy and happy.
May I be healthy and happy.
May I be healthy and happy.
Continue to silently repeat this phrase towards yourself,
With the loving energy of your heart.
Keeping your attention on your heart space,
You can start to direct the compassionate blessing towards others,
To people in your local environment.
May you be healthy and happy.

Expand your awareness to all of the people in your local town or city.
May you be healthy and happy.

Expand your awareness even further now,
To all of the people in your country,
Silently repeating the phrase,

Expanding your awareness even further now,
To all beings on planet earth and the universe.
May all beings be healthy and happy.

Continue to silently repeat this phrase to all beings on earth and the universe,
As they energetically receive the healing vibrations from your heart,
Helping all beings to heal and to stay healthy.

You can stop repeating the phrase now,
Just keeping your attention on your heart space as you breathe in and out of this area naturally.
You can take your attention off your heart space now and off your breath and just sit in the stillness that you have created.
Sit in the loving,
Warm,
Compassionate energy,
The healing energy that you have just surrounded yourself with,
Allowing this energy to emanate your body and that of the world around you.
And you can carry this energy with you and you can spread this energy towards others at any time you wish,
Creating more health,
More healing and more happiness in this world.
Keeping your eyes closed,
You can begin to move and stretch out into the space around you.
Slowly start to get a sense of your surroundings.
Taking your time,
You can slowly begin to open your eyes.
