In this guided somatic meditation, I will take you on an immersive journey within yourself, towards connecting to the stillness within you. This meditation is designed to gradually connect you to your body and allow you to tap deeply into your inner guidance. Somatic meditation is a practice that emphasizes the body's role in the meditative process. Let me take you today to this journey within to find the stillness within you.

Sitting comfortably where your body is supported and relaxed.

Just getting comfortable,

Allowing your body to settle in whatever place you have chosen to be.

Relaxing your shoulders,

Allowing your back to be supported.

Allowing yourself to be completely supported and just letting go,

Loosening yourself a bit more and then gently connecting to your breath,

Inhaling and exhaling slowly,

Deeply and intentionally.

Now,

I want you to open your eyes and just look around in whatever place you're sitting in.

Just notice around your room and maybe see if anything interesting speaks to you.

Allow your visuals to take in everything around you and notice if something interesting stands out.

Just give yourself permission to look around to see everything and see if one thing stands out to you and even if it doesn't,

That's okay too.

Now,

I want you to gently close your eyes and just allow this feeling of going within to be here and as you close your eyes,

Just notice what's happening on the surface.

Notice how your skin feels right now.

Maybe your hands are cold or hot,

Maybe your feet are cold or warm.

What's happening on the surface,

The first layer?

How does it feel with your eyes closed?

Just notice what's happening on your eyelids.

Notice if you can see or feel the sensation of your clothing on your body.

Notice all the surfaces that your body is touching.

Just noticing what's happening on the surface and then let's go a little deeper.

Notice what's happening inside of you,

Still keeping your eyes closed.

Notice what you see,

How do you feel within the darkness of your eyes closed?

How does it feel inside of you?

What's happening inside of you right now and as we slowly get a level deeper within us,

Maybe notice your breath in a different way.

Notice what happens when you inhale and notice what happens when you exhale.

Notice what's happening in your throat area.

Can you feel your inhales and exhales?

As you breathe in,

How does your heart area feel?

Do you feel the tenderness?

Do you feel any emotions?

Just allow yourself to go within and notice any sensations,

Any feelings,

Any emotions,

Any thoughts and notice what's happening as you inhale and exhale.

Notice what's happening in your belly area,

In your sacral.

Just allowing yourself to connect deeply with your sacral,

Noticing any sensations,

Any color,

Any feeling or anything that might come up for you today.

Finding that one still point within you.

Which part of you feels grounded and connected and centered today in this moment?

Maybe something is also speaking to you.

Notice what is the one word,

One feeling,

One desire that comes up for you today.

Trust the first thing that comes up.

What is your inner wisdom saying to you today?

Allow yourself to listen and as you hold this space for yourself,

As you become still,

You are allowing the inner wisdom to speak to you.

Trust this process.

Whatever came up for you today,

Hold that feeling,

That thought,

That guidance.

Bringing both your hands to your sacral,

To your heart or wherever that wisdom came from and then holding thought,

That desire,

That guidance in your hands and taking it to your heart area,

Yourself,

To absorb this beautiful energy,

Allowing that seed to be planted in you and then bringing both your hands wide open towards the sky,

Allowing yourself to receive so much more guidance,

Trust and support from above and beyond and then gently bringing both the arms across your chest as if hugging yourself,

That you are always loved and supported,

Knowing that you are safe here in your body and knowing that you have everything that it takes to fulfill all your desires,

Knowing that you are the co-creator of the universe around you and you will be taken care of,

Knowing that you have the divine love within you and just allowing yourself to feel this love within you and whenever you feel ready,

You can gently unwrap your arms and slowly begin to connect to the outer world.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Gently connect to your breath and slowly open your eyes to this new reality of your wisdom and just looking around if that feels okay for you.
