I'm going to host my room,

Back with another music meditation,

Just to see,

Just to relax,

Just for you.

Keep them feeling stressed,

Anxious,

Depressed,

Worried,

Overwhelmed,

And perhaps even joyful,

Loving,

Peaceful,

Or somewhere in between.

No matter what you feel in this moment,

Just stay okay.

We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to trust and the unfolding of our day.

You're safe to close the eyes,

Tuning deeper inside,

Witnessing and welcoming the mind.

Witnessing and welcoming your energy.

And exhale,

Relaxing the whole body.

Relaxing the belly,

Relaxing the face,

The jaw,

The lips,

The forehead.

Feeling the shoulders drop down from the ears.

Relaxing the jaw,

The lips,

The forehead.

Relaxing the eyes as you look inside.

Witnessing and welcoming thoughts,

Emotions,

Sensations,

Like old friends.

Holding the breath at the top,

Becoming aware as you hold the breath.

And exhale.

So happy you joined me today,

Despite challenges,

Frustrations,

Setbacks,

We're still here showing up.

If your mind has been wanting to think,

Now is the time to let your mind be totally free.

Becoming aware of your awareness itself.

Taking one last deep breath for now.

The color for today is yellow.

The number is 700.

And the animal is a sloth.

I thank you for joining me across time and space.

I'm sending you a big hug,

My dear friend.

Wishing you an abundance of love,

Resourcefulness,

Creativity,

And consciousness.

Remember that less is more in this life.

That when we take less,

We save more.

And that we can tap into greater abundance.

When we're always looking for more and more and more,

Sometimes it can come from a place of feeling scarcity.

And the ironic thing is that if we just take less,

We will have more.
