In moments of impatience, overwhelming stress, or anxiety, it's easy to become entangled in a self-limiting storyline. This meditation invites you to gently return to the present, not by pushing feelings away, but by witnessing & welcoming them with awareness. Featuring the soothing tones of the handpan, this sound meditation offers a grounding space to sit with your emotions without becoming them. Let the music & breath guide you back to your center: laugh, let go, and enjoy the present. Perfect for starting or ending your day with a sense of calm, trust & presence.

Welcome my friends,

You're tuned in to OMHAKU.

I'm your host,

Maamun,

Back with another music meditation just to soothe.

If you've been feeling anxiety,

Depression,

Lost,

Misunderstood,

Confused,

Feeling worried about the future,

Ashamed about a past mistake,

Feeling fed up with the mind,

Fed up with the ever-changing mood,

Emotions,

Experiencing pain in the body,

Pain in the heart,

Perhaps even joyful,

Peaceful,

Loving,

Or somewhere in today,

Reminding you that you're not alone,

Noticing the colors,

Texture,

Temperature,

Feeling your chest more open,

Feeling the heart more receptive,

Intuitive,

Becoming aware of your presence as you hold the breath,

And exhale.

Taking a deep breath in,

And hold,

And exhale.

Way to stay with it,

My friend.

I'm thankful that you would join me today.

I'm thankful for your presence.

Remember that your presence has a purpose,

That your presence is like a gift.

Relaxing the face,

Relaxing the hands and the feet,

Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you as you breathe in,

And breathe in,

And breathe out,

And breathe out.

If your mind has been wanting to think,

Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.

Becoming aware of your posture,

Aware of how you're set up,

Aware of your awareness itself.

This witnessing consciousness that can observe,

Can notice,

Can watch the passing of the thoughts,

The passing of the emotions.

How do you know when you're anxious versus how do you know when the anxiety has passed?

Just witnessing,

Welcoming all that's inside.

Remembering that it's not ours to keep.

Rather it be anger,

Fear,

Sadness.

Watching how it rises and falls,

Comes and goes.

So you take one last deep breath for now.

The color for today is blue.

The number is 40,

And the animal.

I thank you for joining me across time and space,

Sending you a big hug,

My dear friend.

Wishing you an abundance of love,

Resourcefulness,

Creativity,

And consciousness.

I haven't been feeling so good,

But I'm thankful for this practice because despite how I feel,

Just being able to make these meditations with this music,

It really nourishes my soul.

It nourishes my mind,

Nourishes my heart,

And thankful for whoever it reaches.

Thankful for you watching today.

With that,

I will see you back here tomorrow.

With love.
