Welcome my friends,
You're tuned in to OMHAKU.
I'm your host,
Maamun,
Back with another music meditation just as soothed.
If you've been feeling stress,
Anxious,
Depressed,
Overwhelmed,
Lonely,
Tired,
Unmotivated,
Feeling misunderstood,
Undervalued,
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can let go of some of the pain and come back to faith in the unfolding of our day.
That being said,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're set,
You can lie down or sit up straight,
Whatever you like.
You're safe to close the eyes,
Looking deeper inside,
Witnessing and welcoming the mind,
Embracing whatsoever's inside.
Softening the face,
Relaxing the belly,
Opening the heart as you breathe in compassion.
And exhale,
Letting go of anger as you're breathing kindness towards yourself.
And exhale with awareness,
Relaxing the face,
Letting go of tension in the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
Softening the palms of your hands,
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you as you breathe in,
Holding that breath at the top.
Taking a deep breath in,
Holding that breath,
Becoming aware of your presence.
And exhale.
Way to stay with it,
My friends.
So happy you enjoyed me today.
If your mind has been active,
Wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.
And letting go of thoughts,
Coming back into the body,
Having love for your body as it is,
Having love for your mind,
Your emotions as it is,
Having love for yourself.
Taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out.
Coming back to trust in the unfolding of life as you breathe in.
The color for today is 65.
The animal is a leopard.
And the number,
I already said that,
Didn't I?
It's the color that we're looking for.
The color for today is a rainbow.
Multicolored.
I thank you for joining me across time and space,
Sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
And consciousness.
I'm preparing for a trip where I'll be gone for a month and won't be able to record these meditations,
So I've been doubling up each day.
And I thank you for listening,
Literally across time and space,
Because I'm quite a few of these meditations ahead,
And it's really been testing my patience and my resilience with the practice.
Making one meditation a day is one thing,
But making a couple is a whole other thing.
And I can be noticing myself getting super critical of how I might play an instrument or how my voice sounds or what I say or if I mess up.
And I just remind myself that you messing up is beautiful because it shows your humanness.
In a world that is bringing so much artificial intelligence into the equation,
I think human mistake,
Human error,
Messing up our grammar,
Messing up our speech,
There's going to be something more and more beautiful about that as time goes on.
So embracing your imperfections,
Embracing your mistakes,
Recognizing that it makes you beautiful.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
