Just a sooth,

Just feeling insecure,

Lack of motivation,

Boredom,

Or perhaps even joyfulness.

It's not easy to trust life,

But nevertheless we try.

That being said my friend,

Getting comfortable,

Becoming aware of your posture,

Aware of how you sat,

Coming back into the present moment,

As you breathe in,

Exhale,

Releasing,

Softening,

Letting go of tension in the face,

The jaw,

The lips,

The forehead,

Relaxing the belly as you breathe into the whole body.

Breathing in love for yourself,

Feeling anger leave the mind,

Leave the body,

As you breathe in patience,

And exhale,

Letting go of restlessness,

Relaxing into this moment as you breathe in.

We can come back to confusion later,

But for now just letting it go.

Dropping down from the mind into the heart space,

You're safe to close the eyes,

Looking inside,

Welcoming all that's inside,

Like an old friend,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relaxing the palms of your hands and feet,

Bringing awareness to your spine,

Extending the spine as you drop the shoulders away from the ears,

Letting go of fear,

Letting go of worries,

As you come back to trust,

Taking a deep breath,

Holding that breath at the top,

Becoming aware as you hold the breath,

Aware of your body,

Aware of your presence,

Breathing in through the nose,

Holding that breath,

And exhaling that breath,

Taking a deep breath in,

Opening the heart space,

Feeling love for yourself,

Feeling love for others,

Feeling love for the challenges we face,

Feeling love to be alive,

We live to see another day,

But it won't always be that way,

Taking a deep breath in,

And a deep breath out,

And if your mind has been wanting to think,

Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think,

Coming back into the body,

Aware of your posture as you breathe in,

And exhale,

Letting go of all that is no longer serving you,

Scarcity mindset,

Worries of the future,

Putting it to the side as you come back to trust,

Having faith in yourself,

Having faith in your awareness,

Becoming more aware in this moment,

As you take a deep breath in,

Feeling your shoulders relax,

Belly relax,

Face relax,

Hands and feet relax,

Feeling the mind relax,

Not minding the mind,

But letting it unwind,

As you take one last deep breath for now,

And exhale,

The color for today is navy,

The number is 82,

And the animal,

I thank you for joining me across time and space,

I'm sending you a big hug,

My dear friend,

Wishing you an abundance of love,

Resourcefulness,

Creativity,

An abundance of consciousness,

Life can be really hard,

Speaking from my own experience at least,

I think life can be very hard,

Very tricky,

Very confusing at times,

Overwhelming,

Then underwhelming,

Then stressful,

Then you're bored,

And then you're anxious,

And then you're feeling insecure,

And then you're feeling like you're not enough,

When we get caught in this,

All of these emotions,

And these thoughts,

This is why we meditate,

Just to come back to the present moment,

To let go of the worries,

To let go of the anxieties,

To let go of the shame,

And just be present,

If you watch your dog,

Or if you have a cat,

Just watch nature in general,

The animals,

The birds,

Or even something like a tree,

I love to just watch the presence of other life forms,

If you will,

How naturally present they are,

And take something from that,

That we don't always need to be figuring everything out,

That's coming in the future,

We don't need to always understand everything from the past,

But just to be present,

All that we need is already here,

Already inside,

And with that,

I will see you back here tomorrow,

With love.
