Welcome,

My friend.

I'm your host,

Montmoutre.

I'm back with another music meditation,

Just to soothe,

Just to relax,

Just for you.

You've been having a hard day,

Feeling overwhelmed,

Stressed out,

Experiencing anger,

Resentment,

Fear,

Or perhaps even feeling joyful.

What's the anger you're feeling today?

I'm reminding you that you're not alone,

That so many people around the world can relate to the same worries,

The same fear.

We're all crying in the same language,

Laughing in the same language,

And experiencing the same type of emotions.

Today,

We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can go beyond the emotions,

Beyond the worries,

The anxieties,

The fear,

The anger,

The irritation,

Just by being aware,

By being present in this moment.

That being said,

Getting comfortable,

My friend,

Becoming aware of how,

Just see if you close the eyes,

Witnessing and welcoming sensations,

Emotions,

As you breathe into the whole body.

And exhale,

Let go.

Let it stay with you,

My friend.

Becoming aware of your posture,

Aware of how you're sat.

Breathing in harmonious energy.

Breathing in intuition.

Exhale,

Letting go of confusion.

For a few moments,

Letting go of thinking.

The color for today,

Are you ready for it?

The color for today is turquoise.

The number is 900.

And the animal is a panda bear.

I thank you for joining me across time and space.

I'm sending you a big hug,

My dear friend.

Wishing you an abundance of love for yourself,

For all the flaws and mistakes that are inevitable.

To actually appreciate yourself despite this,

That you can go on trying again at whatever your craft is,

Whatever you do,

To stay with it and see how it evolves.

Even if it's evolving slowly,

Seeing that slow evolution,

That slow progress,

Noticing it.

Sometimes we don't even notice our progress because for so many reasons,

We're just not that observant to even notice.

But for example,

If you didn't see someone for many years,

They might see your progress.

But you going day by day,

Don't notice the progress.

So instead of being so hard on ourselves,

We can do the opposite and actually be like one of our greatest fans of ourselves.

To support ourselves,

To encourage ourselves,

To see the progress,

To notice the evolution,

To actually do that to ourselves.

That's really a nourishing thing.

And with that,
