Hello,

This is Shaina Buckley with today's sound body resonance,

Attuning to inner vibration.

Thank you for choosing this time to turn inward to listen to your body,

Your breath,

And your resonance.

Find a comfortable and supported posture.

You may sit in your chair or lie down.

Let your hands rest softly.

Let your feet be grounded.

Close your eyes if that feels safe and comfortable.

Begin with a slow inhale and a full exhale.

With your next breath in,

Gather your awareness into your body and with the exhale allow your body to soften.

Set this intention.

I tune in.

I open.

I release into resonance.

Bring attention to your breath.

Notice the flow in and the flow out.

Let it be natural.

Now shift gently to your feet,

Your legs,

The seat beneath you.

Notice any points of contact.

Move upward to your pelvis,

Your spine.

Let your spine lengthen.

Your ribs soften.

Your heart space opens.

Shoulders drop.

Arms and hands soften.

Neck long.

Head resting.

And as you scan,

Ask your body,

Where am I holding?

Where can I open?

And invite a gentle release.

Now imagine or tune into a subtle tone.

A vibration emerging from the core of your being.

With each inhale,

Feel it gather strength.

With each exhale,

Feel it radiate outward through you.

Let the vibration flow through your bones,

Your tissues,

Your cells.

Notice how your body responds.

Let the tone move through your belly,

The heart,

The throat,

The crown of your head.

As you continue,

Feel the body resonating like an instrument.

The breath is the string.

The vibration is the tone.

Notice the interplay.

Bring now the space of listening.

Not just outward,

But inward.

Quietly invite,

What is my body whispering?

What is my soul aligning with?

If an image,

A sound,

A word arises,

Allow it.

If nothing arises,

Perfect.

Simply rest with the tone.

With your body.

With your breath.

Feel how the subtle vibration connects you to your inner voice.

Notice any shifts in mood,

In tone,

In your body.

If you feel called,

Gently stretch your arms overhead.

Inhale as you reach.

And exhale as you bring your arms wide,

Opening your chest,

And then allow them to rest.

Feel how your body holds that movement.

Then return to stillness.

Once again,

Settle into the vibration,

Into the body's response,

Into the breath.

Begin deepening your breath.

Allow the tone to gently fade,

Or soften to a hum.

Place both your hands to your heart center.

Thank your body,

Your voice,

And your inner guidance.

Begin to bring your awareness back to the environment around you.

The surface beneath you.

The air on your skin.

The sounds nearby.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

And when you're ready,

Softly open your eyes.

May the resonance you've uncovered remain with you.

May you carry this alignment into the coming moments.

Thank you for this time.

May you enjoy this day with peace,

Gratitude,

And a little extra love.
