Maybe today you gift yourself with laying down.
Whatever it is that your body is calling for at this time to truly bring about your most comfort and nourishing state.
And then when you're ready,
You can gently close your eyes.
And just slowly begin letting your awareness be present inside your precious body.
You As you allow yourself to be present here within the sacred vessel of your divine body,
I invite you to gently begin observing your precious breath.
Witnessing as the breath flows in and out of your body.
Simply inviting your full awareness to linger on your breath.
Not needing to be anywhere else but here.
And if you notice your mind is trying to distract you in another direction,
Just gently observe whatever is present,
Whatever it's trying to share.
