*Hello friends, unfortunately, the music volume is too loud in some sections of this recording. Please listen to the RE-RECORDING I created with the same name, Everything Changes And That's Okay. This is a 10-minute meditation to help you find peace in the ever-changing flow of life. Through breath, awareness, and compassion, Dr. Tamy guides you into the truth of impermanence. Everything arises, shifts, and dissolves in its own rhythm. Learn to soften around change rather than resist it, and rest in the spacious awareness that remains steady beneath it all. This meditation is perfect for moments of transition, uncertainty, or when you simply need to remember that you are safe in the flow of becoming. Everything changes, and that's okay.

Hello,

My friends,

And thank you for taking the time to meet yourself here.

I'm Soul Surgeon Dr.

Tami,

And this meditation,

Everything Changes and That's Okay,

Is an invitation to soften into the truth of impermanence.

Together we'll explore how to find steadiness in the midst of life's continual unfolding,

And to trust that even as things change,

And you know they always do,

You are always held in awareness.

Let's begin.

Wherever you are,

Take a moment to arrive,

Taking a slow,

Steady breath in,

And a long,

Easy breath out.

Letting yourself arrive into this moment,

Releasing the moment that just passed,

And releasing the one that's waiting ahead,

Just here,

Just this,

Just now.

Let your body settle wherever it is that you are,

Sitting or lying down.

Feel the ground beneath you holding you effortlessly.

You don't even need to hold yourself up.

You can simply let go.

With each exhale,

Feel yourself softening just a little bit more,

Your jaw,

Shoulders,

And belly.

Let everything that doesn't need to be carried right now simply fall away.

There's nothing to fix,

Nothing to do,

Just to be here now.

As you breathe,

Begin to notice the subtle movement of life,

The body gently expanding and contracting with each breath,

The air brushing against your skin,

Sounds around you shifting,

Fading,

And returning.

Everything is changing moment by moment.

Each breath you take is different from the one before.

Notice how each thought,

Each sensation,

Each heartbeat arises and dissolves.

Change is not something to fight.

Change is an underlying truth of this life.

Change is life itself.

Without change,

There would be no growth,

No seasons,

And no becoming.

I invite you to now gently bring your attention to your body,

Noticing sensations as they arise throughout,

Maybe some warmth or tingling,

A little pressure or coolness.

Observe how even these bodily sensations are in constant motion,

Appearing,

Shifting,

And disappearing.

I invite you to allow this truth to wash over you,

The truth that nothing ever stays the same.

Your breath changes,

Your body changes,

And the world changes,

And that's okay.

It's more than okay.

It's actually beautiful.

Just as the tide returns to the shore,

As the sun rises after night,

You too are part of this vast rhythm of transformation.

Perhaps there's something in your life that's changing.

Maybe a relationship or your own body.

Maybe a role that you play or a dream that you've had.

I invite you to let it into your space in this moment.

Allow yourself to breathe with it.

Notice any part of you that resists,

Perhaps a tightening in the chest or a soft whisper that says,

I don't want this to change.

Offer that part of yourself compassion,

Kindness,

Patience.

Let it be seen.

Let it be held.

Let it be understood.

And as you exhale,

Whisper inwardly,

Everything changes and that's okay.

Change.

There is something unchanging.

This unchanging is the awareness that witnesses it all.

It's the awareness that is.

Allow yourself to rest here for a few quiet breaths.

Invite in change.

Noticing that change no longer feels like loss.

It simply feels like movement.

Like the wind through an open window.

Like the river making its way to sea.

You don't have to control the flow of life.

You only need to draw in deep,

Grateful breath in.

And whisper softly to yourself.

Life is changing.

And that's okay.

Everything changes and it's still beautiful.

Feel the truth of those words settle into your body with calm,

Steadiness and kindness.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Take in the colors,

The light,

The quiet miracle of being right here.

You are part of that alive,

Evolving wholeness of change of the universe.

Thank you for sharing this moment with me.

Remember,

Change is not a disruption.

It's the rhythm of life itself.

It's breath.

It's season.

It's a chapter as a part of your becoming.

If this practice brought you a little peace today,

I invite you to like it,

Favorite it or follow me so we can continue this journey together.

Until next time,

Sending love and presence your way.

Dr. Tammy thank you for this comforting meditation. Your soothing voice was so comfortable and relaxing enough to put me to sleep. My only issue is that at times the wonderful music was a little louder that your voice was hard to hear for me. Also the end of meditation bell startled me and made me jumpπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. Overall I love the peace and comfort I felt. Thank you and see you in the lives number 3 for me and loving itπŸ™πŸ€Ÿ
