This is your two-minute reset to find balance.

Take a moment to get comfortable,

Whether you're seated or standing.

Let your shoulders soften and your body settle.

Now bring your attention to your breath.

Simply notice it as it is right now.

You don't need to change it or control it.

Just observe its natural pace,

Its depth,

And its unique rhythm.

Notice the simple sensation of the air entering your nose and leaving your mouth.

As you breathe in,

Imagine a sense of balance and steadiness filling you like a quiet confidence.

And with each exhale,

Gently release any sense of being pulled to an extreme,

Whether that's feeling too busy or too drained.

Your breath is your anchor.

It's always here,

Always steady.

Thoughts may arise,

Thoughts about the past or the future or what you need to do next.

That's okay.

Just notice them.

And then gently bring your attention back to the feeling of your breath moving in and out of your body.

With each inhale,

Feel yourself becoming a little steadier.

With each exhale,

Feel a little more grounded,

Right here,

Right now.

When you're ready,

Take a deeper breath in,

Anchoring this feeling of calm balance within you.

And as you exhale,

Gently open your eyes,

Carrying this steady presence with you into the rest of your day.
