I know how it feels when the world seems too heavy and your thoughts feel tangled and overwhelming.

When the weight of everything around you presses down and it feels like there's no room to breathe.

You may feel as though your thoughts are racing faster than your body can keep up.

That everything is just too much to manage.

Maybe your mind is saying one thing and your body is saying another and it feels like you're disconnected from yourself.

It's like you're carrying this invisible weight.

One you can't even put into words but it's there,

Heavy and persistent.

When you try to speak or express yourself,

Your words might not come out the way you want them to.

It can be frustrating,

Confusing,

Even isolating.

But I want you to know you're not alone in this.

Right here,

Right now,

We are together in this moment.

You don't have to do anything or be anything other than exactly who you are in this space.

There's no pressure,

No need to change anything.

We're just here together and for these next few minutes we're going to focus on what you need.

On the calm that is always available to you even when things feel out of control.

I know it might feel hard to slow down or pause,

Especially when everything inside you is telling you to keep moving,

Keep pushing or keep thinking.

But I'm here with you and together we'll take this time to give your mind and body a moment to rest,

To breathe and to find a little space in the chaos.

So let's take this moment to be gentle with ourselves.

You don't have to fix anything and you don't have to figure everything out right now.

This is the time just for you to simply be.

Close your eyes now.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling the air fill your lungs.

Hold it for a moment,

Just allowing yourself to be present and then slowly gently exhale through your mouth.

Let go of whatever tension,

Worry or pressure you've been holding on to.

You're safe here.

It's okay to feel however you're feeling right now.

This is your space.

Let's take another breath in through the nose,

Filling up completely and exhale,

Releasing the weight even just a little bit.

With each breath we're creating space,

Giving you room to just exist.

I want you to know you're doing enough and you are enough,

Just as you are.

It's okay to take a break,

To let go,

To breathe.

This moment is just for you.

Now let's take a few breaths together.

Feel the air as it moves through you,

In and out,

Steady and slow.

With every inhale,

Imagine that you're inviting calm into your body,

A warmth that softens,

That begins to settle within.

And as you exhale,

Release anything that feels too much right now.

Tension,

Stress or worry.

Let go,

Knowing it doesn't need to stay.

Feel your body relax with each breath.

You're doing so well.

You're here and you are allowed to take this moment for yourself.

As we come to the end of this moment together,

Know that you've done exactly what you needed to do.

Just breathe and be.

You are enough,

Just as you are.

Take a few more breaths,

Feeling the calm within you with each inhale and releasing any tension with each exhale.

When you're ready,

Gently bring the awareness back to the room.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

There's no rush.

As you open your eyes,

Remember that this calm is always available to you.

You can return to it at any time.

Carry this peace with you as you move through your day,

Knowing that you are stronger than you realize and you are never alone in this.

Thank you for taking the time to practice with me today.

Namaste.
