Transcript

Find yourself in a comfortable position.

Soften your gaze,

Soften the muscles around your eyes.

Let the muscles around your face release.

Find an ease in your neck and in your shoulders.

Release any tension you feel,

Any holding you may have through your upper body,

Your chest,

Your arms,

All the way down to your fingertips.

Notice if there's anywhere that you can let go of just a little bit more.

Allow your breath to be big and full,

Nourishing and caressing the insides of your body.

Feel the weight of your legs,

The softness all the way to your toes.

Allow your legs to be heavy,

Fully supported,

And releasing any part of you that wants to be held a little bit more.

Again,

Breathe big,

Breathe fully into your body,

Allow yourself to expand,

Softly growing.

Then releasing softly and slowly through your nose,

Allow yourself to empty.

Breathing nice and deeply.

Notice how your body gently moves.

Notice the expansions,

The contractions,

The soft sway of your body.

Have any parts of you curled up or found tightness again,

Release when you can.

Release softly and slowly into the earth,

Into your body.

Full steady breathing,

Full steady breaths.

Feel your body in its natural state,

Living,

Breathing,

Feeling fully.

Notice the gentleness of your being,

Sitting here,

Being here.

Notice the support that your body offers you as you breathe deeply.

Feel your breath in your body in this beautiful dance together of nourishing you,

Filling you up,

And then releasing and creating space for whatever wants to come.

Notice the trust of your body and the breath,

The allowance that you are able to empty fully with the trust that the next breath will come.

Notice how your body breathes without you having to do anything.

Feel the gratitude like waves ebbing and flowing over you with your breath.

Gratitude that you are able to be just simply that,

That you are here,

Able to be,

To breathe,

To feel and to listen.

Take your hands now,

Place them on your heart.

Feel the gentle pressure of your hands resting against your chest.

And repeat,

Thank you,

I love you,

Thank you,

I love you.

Feel these words,

The intention inward,

Thank you,

I love you.

Gently release your hands down and stay as long as you'd like,

Feeling,

Breathing,

Being.
