These are three original poems. It is an embodiment practice: Using evocative prose and poetry, become aware of the emotional field and center within one's body. Bring the Soul's journey home in the body with it's aches, pains, and yearnings by allowing compassion for self and others.

Three pieces of prose on emotion and spirit by Andrew Jones I have found all my conflicts come from unfelt feelings with misplaced words of which there have been far too many and stories of past and future the fuel,

Some praises offered to change the moment to make someone feel different or better Perhaps quietude has that which I seek,

A space to feel however strange what I am I hear a memory,

An echo from another time,

Dismiss it or thank it Either way the field can open with this strong intention Intuition is only cultivated by strength of mind Strength of mind is only cultivated by clarity of perception Perception is only clarified by witnessing the rising and passing of thoughts as they create attachment and aversion in the mind The witnessing is conjected with feeling the body in the present moment in its constriction Freedom from constriction is letting go of it all and trusting the hearts will The hearts will is the only path to offer intention united with your soul path Perception and witness are only found in stillness and navigating transparent relationship Perhaps stillness has that which we seek,

The space to feel however strange what we are I witness the belly quiver,

The refusal to feel safe by anticipating the other to be wrapped in his or her trigger and fight instead of let go I go deeper inside and I back up,

Back up,

I see and name my fear,

I sense the vulnerability,

I allow it,

This uncomfortable edge It grows and clarity comes from this letting go,

Seeing that my mind is fighting to posit a truth,

To make the other see,

To convince myself I have an answer in order to feel better I say those words out loud and now embody a truth that I can only feel this feeling,

Share it and be heard That is all and to give empathy to my beloved who is feeling too These emotions are the gift of the here and now,

To feel is the peace,

The simple peace we dream about yet we only think there is a better way May the quietude to feel have that which we seek,

The space to feel however strange what we are Thank you for watching!
