Thank you for joining me.

This is a guided meditation to foster and support compassion and well-being.

So if you haven't already,

Find a comfortable position where you can be alert yet relaxed.

Pause this recording and find a quiet and peaceful place where you can practice loving kindness.

Close your eyes.

Gently balance both feet on the floor.

Take a deep breath and as you release that breath,

Let yourself relax.

Notice where you might be tense and breathe into that place.

Breathe in and out.

And on the exhale,

Let that tension go.

And another breath in and out.

Feel your eyes soften and your shoulders drop.

Gradually let your imagination go.

Think of a person close to you who loves you very much.

Someone from the past or the present.

Still in life or who has passed.

It could be a spiritual teacher or guide.

Imagine that person standing on your right side,

Sending you their love.

See the energy of their love moving towards you.

Hear the hum and feel the warm wishes and love coming from that person to you.

They are sending you wishes for your safety,

Well-being,

And happiness.

Now bring to mind the same person or another person who cherishes you deeply.

Imagine that person standing on your left side,

Sending you wishes for your wellness,

Health,

And happiness.

Hear and feel,

Know the kindness and warmth coming to you from that person.

Now imagine that you are surrounded on all sides by all the people who love you and have loved you.

Picture all of your friends and loved ones surrounding you.

They are standing solidly,

Sending you wishes for your happiness,

Well-being,

And health.

Bask in the radiant warm wishes and love coming from all sides.

You are vibrating,

Full and overflowing with warmth and love.

Now bring your attention to this sensation and send the warmth and loving kindness to yourself with these words-底下x3.

May I be well,

May I be happy,

May I know peace.

May I be well,

May I be happy,

May I know peace.

May I be well,

May I be happy,

May I know peace.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Now return your attention to the person standing on your right.

Begin to project and send the love that you sense and feel back to that person.

You and this person are similar.

Just like you,

This person wishes to be healthy and happy.

Send all your love and warm wishes to that person with these words.

May you be well.

May you be happy.

May you know peace.

May you be well.

May you be happy.

May you know peace.

May you be well.

May you be happy.

May you know peace.

Now focus your attention on the person standing on your left side.

Begin to direct the love within you to that person,

Sending all your love and warmth to that person.

That person and you are alike,

Just like you,

That person wishes to have a good life.

Repeat the following words.

Just as I wish to,

May you be well.

May you be happy.

May you know peace.

Just as I wish to,

May you be well.

May you be happy.

May you know peace.

Just as I wish to,

May you be well.

May you be happy.

May you know peace.

Now bring into your mind an acquaintance,

Someone you don't know very well and toward whom your feelings are neutral.

You and this person share the wish to have a good life.

Send all your wishes for well-being to this person,

Repeating the following words.

Just as I wish to,

May you be well.

May you be happy.

May you know peace.

Just as I wish to,

May you be well.

May you be happy.

May you know peace.

Just as I wish to,

May you be well.

May you be happy.

May you know peace.

Now expand your awareness and picture the whole globe in front of you as a little ball.

Send warm wishes to all living beings on the globe who,

Like you,

Want to be happy.

Repeat these words.

Just as I wish to,

May you be well.

May you be happy.

May you know peace.

Just as I wish to,

May you be well.

May you be happy.

May you know peace.

Just as I wish to,

May you be well.

May you be happy.

Take a deep breath in,

Breathing in this experience,

Remembering what you need to remember.

And another breath,

Noticing the state of your mind and how you feel.

Breathing in,

I calm my body and mind.

Breathing out,

I smile.
