This recording is to release stress and tension from your life.

Make yourself comfortable.

Close your eyes.

And just start taking in deep breaths.

Feeling your chest rising.

And then as you exhale,

Feel your shoulders dropping.

Again,

Taking in a nice big deep breath.

And releasing.

Now just allow yourself to come into a beautiful rhythm of breathing.

Feeling your chest rising and then falling.

Feeling the tension draining away from your face.

Your jaw softening.

Your shoulders releasing.

Your arms relaxing.

You are now in a beautiful rhythm of breath.

Slight breathing.

All the tension and stress is slowly falling away from your body.

You may feel a tingling sensation.

A calming sensation.

Your body might start feeling a little heavy.

This is your body relaxing.

All your organs relaxing.

Your muscles relaxing.

Your mind is becoming empty.

Feeling very peaceful and calm.

Sinking into your chair.

Completely relaxed.

All the stress and tension has now left your body.

You may feel like you are starting to float.

As there is no more stress or tension within your body.

Your breath is slow.

You are now in a peaceful and calm state.

You are in a gentle state of peacefulness.

Allow yourself to stay here in this beautiful gentle state of contentment.

You are now in a peaceful state of calm.

You are now in a peaceful state of calm.

You are now in a peaceful state of calm.

Bringing your awareness into your breath.

Feeling your chest rising and falling.

Taking in a little deeper breath as you breathe in.

Bringing your awareness back into your body.

Feeling how peaceful and calm your body is.

Slowly wriggling your fingers and toes.

Feeling the movement of your body.

Bringing complete awareness back into your body.

Bringing awareness back into your surroundings.

And when you are ready.

Opening your eyes.

Just gently start opening your eyes.

Taking a nice deep breath.

And release.

You are now completely back into your body.

Feeling peaceful and calm.

And ready to continue your day.

This was so relaxing. Did it before sleep and in the morning. The bit of static didn't matter as such s calming voice. Felt so good after. Highly recommend.
