In today's lesson we will explore the psychological patterning of control, why we do it (ie. to create safety in situations that feel unsafe), and how to shift behaivoural patterns that may not be benefiting us. Connecting With Community
Today we connect to the external community of all the women facing similar struggles. Together, we are powerful, we are strong, we lean on each other. In community we are held and supported. This lesson invites us to explore who the 'support people' are in our lives and how we can open up to receiving support in the ways we need it most. Many people that love us don’t know what to say or how to say it. Today's meditation practice helps us allow their support.

Befriending Your Body
In today's lesson we talk about the importance of being “friends” with the body as you journey through the fertility process. Often in this process, the mind wants one thing and the body feels as thought it isn’t “complying.” This lesson teaches us how the mind and body can work as a team rather than adversaries. You will be guided through this process with a brief meditation and then asked to write down some words you can use daily and weekly to support yourself.

When people in our lives become pregnant, there is often expectation of celebration and excitement. For those of us struggling to become pregnant, we may have challenges connecting with joy. You will also be guided on how to handle loved ones who may not understand our pain.

Conceiving More Than You Bargained For
This course is different from many fertility resources because it’s more about you than anything else. This final lesson combines all that we’ve learned in the course so far and connect you back to your infinite worthiness. This lesson is filled with loving kindness and guided imagery that seeks to connect you back to your larger purpose and empower you in a profound way.
