Hello there and welcome.

This is a 10-minute mindfulness meditation with the intention of supporting you to drop in to the present moment,

Becoming aware of what is and simply being with it.

So let's find a comfortable position whether seated or laying down,

Making any necessary adjustments so that you can be still for the next nine minutes.

As you're ready allowing your eyes to close and simply noticing your natural breathing.

Noticing if there's anything in particular that's in your energy,

In your mind at this moment.

Noticing what you're bringing to the practice today,

Whether it was a full day behind you or ahead of you.

Whatever it is,

Simply noticing.

Noticing if there's anything kind of bugging you or asking for attention.

And you may notice that multiple things come into your awareness or multiple things are waiting to be noticed,

Asking for attention.

See if you can simply be with what's there.

Noticing all of it.

Noticing the breath,

The thoughts,

The feelings,

Any bodily sensations.

Simply observing from this present moment vantage point,

Allowing it all to be as it is.

Continually returning to the present moment.

And importantly,

Returning to the present moment without judgment.

If your mind wanders,

Simply calling it back,

Without judgment,

But with kindness instead.

As you allow your feelings and thoughts to be,

To arise and pass away,

While continuously coming back to the now.

And allowing those things to be with you in the space of now.

Not necessarily pushing them away or asking them to arise.

Simply letting it all be as it is.

Observing the way that it's all moving through you and around you.

As we allow the fullness of our true experience in this moment,

We digest elements of our experience and we build resilience because we are maintaining awareness.

Allowing it all to be as it is.

Right?

If you notice a place where your mind gets particularly stuck or hooked upon an idea and wants to focus in on it,

See if you can explore it,

Steep in it.

Be aware of the moment and your dance with whatever the energy is.

And beginning to prepare to close our practice,

Just keeping it simple and sweet at a 10 minute mark.

Noticing how you feel.

Noticing the present.

And thank you for joining me today.

I wish you much love and many blessings.
