So today didn't go as you expected.
You had so much on your plate and didn't really get to do the things you wanted to do for yourself like you'd hoped.
Well,
Welcome to your sacred space.
It's your time now.
No one else matters in this moment except for you.
Thank you for choosing you.
Before we get started,
I want you to forget about what happened today and all of the frustrations that came with it.
Forget about yesterday and even forget about your plans for this evening or for tomorrow.
Embod with me in the now.
Nothing else matters except for this moment.
Right now.
Choose to live right now.
Choose a comfortable position where you can tune into your breath.
You may want to sit up,
Lie down or relax in a semi reclined position,
Pillows leaning against the wall.
Comfort is key.
Give in to your body's needs.
Slowly gaze downwards and allow your eyes to close.
Take a moment not to overthink anything,
But to simply just be.
Okay world,
It's my time now.
Take a few moments to tune into your breath.
As you inhale,
Take in all of the gratitude that life brings.
And as you exhale,
Remove all the things,
People,
Situations and past experiences that are no longer serving you.
Allow your shoulders to relax and let the tension of the day melt with each exhale.
Everything,
Everything is going to work out.
Life happens and it's important to remember that there are some things we have no control over.
Breathe in through your nose and breathe out of your mouth.
Give yourself grace as you try to break old habits and embark upon new paths to better yourself.
No one is perfect.
And we all make mistakes.
It won't happen overnight.
And that's okay.
Just keep breathing.
Inhale and welcome new opportunities and spiritual freedom into your life.
Exhale and let worry,
Anxiety and disappointment go.
Let it go.
Inhale the beauty of life in this moment.
And love yourself.
Exhale uncertainty,
Doubt and fear.
Let it exit through your mouth.
Feel your stomach rise and your ribs expand into a south cloud and allow yourself to float freely in this present moment.
Reground yourself and allow these words to consume your heart,
Mind,
Body and soul.
I am calm.
I am love.
I am safe.
I am enough.
I am well.
I am whole.
I am strong.
I am secure.
I have everything it takes and so much more.
Slowly begin to open your eyes.
You are now regrounded and you are safe.
No one has the power to bring you out of your peace that you've just created for yourself.
Set boundaries and stand by them.
