Welcome to this meditation.
Please get cozy comfortable.
You can sit up or you can lie down if you'd like.
Let's take some really nice cleansing deep breaths.
Breathing in through the nose.
And release with a big sigh out of the mouth.
Breathing in through the nose again.
And releasing all the tension you may be carrying,
All the stress,
All the anxiety out through the mouth.
Let that sigh be as big as you need.
One more time.
In through the nose.
Big sigh out through the mouth.
And just let your breath go into a natural rhythm from there.
In through the nose.
Out through the mouth.
Just be with your breath for a minute.
Starting to become aware and observe where you're at today.
What have you brought with you to this space that you'd like to let go of?
Tension,
Stress,
Anxiety,
Frustration.
Or anything that just feels really hard.
And if you didn't bring any of that with you,
Good job.
And if you did,
I'm pretty sure you're just human.
So start calling on all of those things that are stressful,
Causing you to feel stuck,
Feel angry,
Feel frustrated,
Feel overwhelmed,
Whatever it is.
Call all of those things to you because we don't want to ignore them.
Let's bring them in.
And let's put them in a bubble.
Keep breathing.
Keep bringing to mind anything that you'd like to put in that bubble.
A particular situation.
A person maybe.
An experience you've had.
Emotions that you're feeling.
Let's bring them all into the bubble.
While we're doing this,
Keep breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Just let all of the things that you put in your bubble stay there.
And start to notice that you are actually separate from all of those things.
Please envision a beautiful violet flame coming from underneath your bubble.
And watch this flame start to burn around the bubble and then inside the bubble.
And everything that is inside the bubble.
This beautiful violet colored purple flame.
Burning,
Burning,
Burning all of these stressful things away.
Keep breathing.
Notice as they're burning up,
They turn to ash.
They've lost their energy.
They don't have any power anymore.
Keep seeing that flame burn everything to ash.
And as it's burnt to ash,
It's transmuted.
See that ash flying around in the flame.
The flame continues to burn everything up and transmuting all discordant energies into beautiful divine particles of light.
Let's bring that flame now,
That violet flame to our own body,
To our own mind and heart.
Start from the base of our spine and our feet.
And let's envision this flame encapsulating our body.
Burning brightly around us and burning brightly within us.
Transmuting our entire being.
Cleansing and clearing anything we don't need.
Anything that's keeping us stuck,
Weighed down.
The flame is very powerful.
Let it cleanse and clear with its divine power.
Anything out that doesn't need to be there.
As the flame is transmuting your energy,
Feel yourself being restored to a state of balance.
Keep breathing.
Feel yourself liberated.
Feel yourself free.
Return to yourself in the place of center where you can operate at your best.
Now you are returning.
You are returning to a place of peace and tranquility.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Let yourself bathe now in beautiful violet light.
The violet flame has done its job and now you can just bathe in beautiful light.
Stay in this space.
Stay in this space.
Stay in this space.
And now wherever you had placed your hands before,
Let them come to a position with your palms facing the sky and your hands open.
Making space for good things to come.
Making space for peace.
Making space for tranquility.
Making space for relief.
Freedom and love.
See all of those things coming into the palms of your hands and allow them to be absorbed in the palms of your hands.
Take your hands and put them over your heart and allow them to be planted like seeds into your heart.
Is there something about yourself that you can feel grateful for?
And is there something about life you can feel grateful for?
Bring those couple things into your heart and plant them with the seeds that you planted.

You can open your eyes now and come back into the room.
And just remember you can come back to this space whenever you need.
You don't have to stay in a place of stress.
You can honor that place,
