Mindful observance.

Take a moment to survey the comfort of your seat,

Making any necessary adjustments to ensure proper posture and feeling of ease in the seat you have chosen.

Now invite the body to settle into an effortless stillness as you maintain a gentle lift and alertness through the spine.

A softness in the shoulders,

Head balanced above the spine,

The mind relaxes.

And now together let's take a full deep breath in and hold.

Keep the chest lifted.

Take another sip in and hold.

One more sip.

Hold.

Hold.

Hold.

Now keeping the spine effortlessly tall,

Slowly sight the breath out as you exhale.

Be still and let the breath settle.

Again take a full deep breath in and hold.

Keep the chest lifted.

Another sip in and hold.

One more sip.

Hold.

Keep the spine effortlessly tall,

Slowly letting the breath out of the body.

Now be still and allow the breath to settle into a natural rhythm.

An effortless organic tide without guidance.

Sense within each wave of inhale and exhale.

Alize a fulfilling experience of tranquility that is patiently awaiting your discovery.

Attune your awareness to its vibration,

Senses presence,

Its essence.

Now bring your awareness towards the nasal passage.

Fully devote your awareness to the experience of the breath moving through the nostrils.

Sense the nasal membrane becoming more sensitive to the breath's experience.

Mindfully sense the beauty of the breath's tide as it slowly moves without effort through the nasal passage.

Without judging or modifying the experience in any way,

Simply observe the sensation of breath moving through the nasal passage.

Sense the gentleness of its flow.

Sense the peace of its action.

Now observe even more closely again without altering it in any way.

Observe the breath's personality,

The quality of its action.

Noticing even the smallest details in the breath's experience.

Noticing the presence of any regulations in either inhale or exhale that may exist.

Are there restrictions in the flow?

Sense the length of each wave.

Is there a difference between inhale and exhale?

Is the breath's experience as smooth?

Is it rhythmic?

Now sense the difference in temperature of the breath compared to the out-breath.

How does the in-breath differ to the out-breath?

Fully observe into the breath's character,

Mindfully experiencing the subtleties of its expression in each moment without altering or judging in any way.

Simply witness what is present.

Now release the breath,

Letting your awareness settle to the base of the spine.

Let it rest here without effort.

In a moment together we will chant the mantra of Aum.

Sense its vibration rise from the base of the spine,

Upward through and along the spine.

An experience it blossom through the brain and showering down through all the layers of the body and mind of the sensation of its essence.

Taking one big inhale all together to chant Aum.

Sensing and feeling and slowly taking your time to come back into the space.

Softly opening the eyes and starting fresh into the rest of your day.
