Let us begin now by coming into a comfortable seated position where our spine can be straight and relaxed.
I'm going to just start by simply taking a couple of deep breaths in through the nose and out through the nose.
Becoming aware of any thoughts in the mind,
Any feelings in the body and just kind of giving them up to this moment letting them go.
Breathing a little bit slower,
A little bit deeper and even giving up a sense of expectation or a sense of getting somewhere.
Just coming into this now,
This moment in full trust that it's all going to happen here,
That it lives here for us.
Just keep working your way into the breath,
Finding a nice rhythm and being with it in the full in-breath and in the full out-breath.
And we're going to engage now with a contemplation mapping everything that we construct in relation to ourselves and our identity and starting to peel away the layers into a pure sense of presence and a enlightened state.
So just start now by breathing and observing yourself.
And I invite you to see if you can visualize yourself from the outside so however you're sitting down now just seeing yourself sitting down as if you outside your body.
And as you look at this self from the outside you notice it has a name,
It carries your name,
It carries a job,
A gender,
It carries a nationality or a set of nationalities,
Perhaps a religion,
Perhaps a political position and you just allow that to all exist there letting that story and that narrative develop in front of you.
Everything that you might think yourself to be just let it accumulate in this vision.
And as you see yourself from this third perspective from this observer witnessing perspective just find your breath again find that sense of calm and just be there.
And now you're going to also allow all of the past of this character all of the future hopes and dreams of this character everything in your life experience and in your capacity to dream all of that allow that to also build into the story so you're like scanning on this whole timeline this whole life process of feelings thoughts sensations relations and experiences.
You can even visualize it now as a map or a small reality however that comes to you and again maintain in this witnessing perspective and you just let it all be and exist there.
Grounding yourself in your breath.
You can slowly scan even further back and allow many other universes of many other people and many other circumstances of life of the whole of life to also enter the picture.
So you're now looking at a map of the whole of reality of the whole universe and all possibility.
And just asking yourself what is left your presence is here your witnessing is here your breath is here.
Your breath is here.
And there's a great unknown here.
There's a great undefined potential here.
Just letting yourself surrender to that fall back into that.
Letting go of any need to hold and grip on to any aspect of reality.
Just trusting in this process.
Loosening your body making sure this you're not holding on to anything your jaw is relaxed and soft your chest is soft.
You can even imagine just falling into emptiness.
Being embraced by the love of your breath and the presence of your consciousness.
Just feeling lightness.
Feeling light.
Taking a deep breath here.
Again just catch yourself if you hold on to anything any thought any sense of identity and allow yourself to liberate it with that intention and that inner spaciousness.
Deep breath once again in through the nose and out through the nose.
And slowly just working your way back into a sense of groundedness.
So you can imagine those realities that you visualized before and with your breath you slowly travel in through them seeing your whole life your whole timeline all of your experiences.
Slowly coming back into yourself your body.
You can even move your fingers a little bit and taking a moment to honor the great capacity and presence for an enlightened state.
A sense of liberation and lightness and with that energy with that capacity bringing that into your everyday bringing that into all the roles you inhabit all the games you play.
Lightness love and a realized self.
